I tried including as many songs for different types of MC, but ruthless and vengeful MCs probably have the most fitting songs in the playlist. “I Chose Violence” by iamjakehill (3rd song in the playlist) is perfect for Ruthless MC as well 
Gravikinesis is actually MC’s power with no clear or apparent weakness/counter. Umbrakinesis can get countered with really bright lights and it might be a bit weaker when used during the day under broad daylight. But of course, the biggest draw of Umbrakinesis is the adorable hellhounds 
Poor Skylar gets their reputation tainted by Yvette 
But I’m glad you’re willing to give them a try 
I think most readers go all out violence with Ruthless MCs, but it’ll be interesting to see a Merciful MC

I changed the gun from Deagles to a variation of M1911 (M45(MEUSOC)) mostly because Deagles are such chunky pistols that I’m not sure whether it’s even possible to conceal-carry them 
But also, M1911 seem to be pretty reliable pistols considering it’s just recently they are starting to get phased out of use in the US Army and it might be one of the most customizable pistols 
And I think they are pretty beautiful-looking pistols.
I gotta admit, I didn’t and still don’t know a lot about guns and I just chose Deagles without further research at first because those are the handguns that are mostly used in movies and games 
and because guns and firearms have never meant to be playing that much of an important role in the story other than one thing I have in mind that I can’t reveal yet 
Well, firstly, as comradelenin said, you’ll have to import the ammo and replacement parts. It’s not really about the price of course, considering MC’s family’s wealth, but it’s just more of a hassle if you have to import even the ammo, not to mention another added risks. And how many people in the Elysium City has Russian firearms. The casings left in any crime scenes MC or Luka left behind could probably get traced
But yeah, the Morozovs have mostly stopped getting involved in a lot of weapon racketeering as they get bigger and bigger over the years. And even though the Morozovs are Russian mafia, they’re already pretty far away from their roots in Russia. Grandpa’s father (MC’s great grandfather) first moved their operation to the US, New York, and while Grandpa and Grandma were born in Russia, Luka and Viktor were born in the US and they mainly spoke Russian when talking to Grandpa and Grandma, and other Russian-speaking members. Other than that, they mostly use English in their day-to-day lives. Grandpa’s few remaining contacts in Russia are perhaps mostly Oligarchs.

A lot of my readers on Tumblr has started equating Santana to a sad, poor, little meow meow I swear, Santana has a secret second power and it’s getting the readers to be protective of them

@bored92 As bluerin pointed out, adding another choice for that means I have to add more variables and I already have a lot to keep track of and tons of variations (some of you who know how to codedive might have seen my enormous list of variables and the amount of little variations) that I have to write out different flavour texts for.
I’ve said this before, but using your guns and firearms is not really the main focus in the game like in Breach; you have two awesome powers to play with for combat after all. I actually never planned for MC to have gun in the very beginning, but I decided to add it because I have something in mind about what I;m going to do about it later on (and no it has nothing to do with combat).
So, yeah, for now, the pay-off for adding more guns and the possible additional coding and writing to do on my end… it’s just currently not worth it. Plus, this will be an extra variable and more variations I’ll have to carry over in the sequel spin-off.
Ah, pretty sure that’s also Ash’s choice of pistol

Civilian path is not guaranteed yet. I’ll have to see whether I’m not biting more than I can chew once I get closer to the end of the first draft. I don’t want to make a promise and then decides to go back on it if I realized it’s too much variations to do.
Remember that I’ll have to take into account each variation of this story’s and MC’s ending in the sequel spin-off as well because that’s set 20 years after this book with an MC that’s still part of the Morozov Family.
@Isi_Talks Yes, Rin has noticed both Ash’s and MC’s feelings for each other (if MC has feelings for Ash) for a long time now Probably ever since they were all kids and yes, it amazes Rin how MC and Ash haven’t even gotten together
Rin’s willing to share MC with Ash because it’s more beneficial for all of them to be friends and closely-knit with each other, rather than them and Ash fighting over MC. Even Ash is starting to realize this too And truly, the three of them would be a force to reckon with.

Skylar is too confident for their own good sometimes But what more would you expect from a famous superhero who is also the child of the Mayor? They have mostly been the centre of attention of the people around them. The difference with Yvette is that they’re not as narcissistic or even as vain.
And indeed, Ash and Rin are willing to set aside their differences to fight a common enemy

Did you play with old/existing saves? If so, then it might be because it remembers your old relationship stats and then as you get brought to the beginning of the chapter again, some stats can stack (another reason old saves can get finnicky).

Vendetta Aesthetic MV Edit
Well, this was something that I have been wanting to do ever since I watched The Batman movie back in February (Yes, I didn’t have time to watch it when it first came out in the theatre last year😭), but I kept getting sidetracked with keeping up with the updates and side stories.
I’ve mentioned this before in a Tumblr ask answer, but if Vendetta were to be made a movie, then I’d love it to look like the Batman (2022). It has such a pretty cinematography and I love how they portrayed Gotham City. How gritty it is and how corrupt it is inside out.
A couple of nighs ago, in a spur of madness, I decided to quickly cobble up this MV on a free online video editor (that kept lagging and crashing 
) in the middle of the night.
It contains shots that I think are fitting with the vibes and aesthetic of Vendetta or ones that I simply just love I hope you guys enjoy it!

Are there currently any poly romances in the demo or not yet? If there are, can we start a poly with any of the characters or only specific ones? Edit: Also, can someone tell me in what way should I focus on the stats? Like for example, I know it wouldn’t be smart to focus on all of them cause that’s just asking to fail but, which stats are best for each paths? And I don’t want any spoilers cause I’m still on my first playthrough (Criminal Heir) at the time of this text.
You can form a poly romance only with Ash and Rin.

As far as the author has said/I’ve seen, only with these two characters.
Currently, it’s not present but down the line it will be. For now, only hints.

My review after the first playthrough (Criminal Heir). I love it! I love the plot of the story along with the characters! They have such depths to them, especially with the characters connections to your story and how you can even influence your RO into different paths then what they were already on which makes it even better. Reminds me of Kotor since you could turn most of your companions to the Dark Side and I loved having that option. Also, I liked the plot regarding your character’s parents. I definitely loved the powers you start with and the way how our mc uses them! I didn’t experience all of them yet but one of the powers scenes that I love is after I killed the police commissioner and those assailants showed up later, not only did I love how some of them reacted to the way how I killed him (nice touch btw, I found it a little funny when some of them vomited) but the scene that I love is the melee combat option to fight them and my mc summoned 2 hellhounds. I wasn’t expecting that, but I love that now I know that the mc can summons/create shadow creatures and not just tendrils. I also liked the interacting between the mc and the romance interest but also all the content with your mafia family. The last thing I will also mention that I like is that I like how they’re a good amount of customization options as compared to most CoG/Hosted Games. I can always expect Hosted Games to often be the one that has more customization options than CoG. All in all, this game in my opinion can be just as good as the “Fallen Hero” series if you keep this up Author! Very good job! Haven’t had a CoG/Hosted Games get me this excited in a long time since than “Fallen Hero”.

• Their sire (their grandfather) wants the mc to have no doubts when killing
• They were the best in his specific field even as a child
I mean, your mc can have a toreador personality and another mc have a brujah personality, but even so, the mc without a personality has more in common with the lasombra than with other clans

I loved the update man. The subtle difference in the dialog that changes depending pn with who you have flirts going on is just amazing man. I love R, but i can see the R+A route growing on me. Seeing more of Syklar ans Santana was also great. I just wanna adopt Santana and let them know they got somebody in their corner.
Im very happy with the gun change too, i know we in world with superheros and deagles are fun in games but i jist dont like them so having something else is nice. Continue the great work man, Vendetta is a top 3 wip for me and alot has to do with the quality work you do.

Ash stops chewing and blinks at Rin in confusion. $!{ash_he} quickly gulps down before responding, "Uh… Yeah… Sure…?"
Rin smirks, "Perfect."
Rin only invite you to their favorite café if you go to order with them but the above scene happens if you ordered with Ash, Rin or Santana.

@Cingulum_diaboli They do suspect it a bit after seeing MC’s reaction (if you pick them up, of course), but they don’t really have anything solid to back up the suspicion. And yes, MC hasn’t told them what kind of powers they have. But maybe they’ll get to see the powers for themselves soon enough

And, yeah, Ash/Rin Poly is the only poly relationship that will be available, and that’s mostly because Ash and Rin knows each other for a long time and they both respect each other and have the same moral compass. But other combinations with Skylar and Santana? Nope, I don’t see anything working with the characters’ backstories and personal beliefs.
Glad you like my story! And indeed, the variation of the ending you get can actually be a bit different based on whether MC is encouraging some changes in the ROs or just let them stay who they are.

Sometimes, writing out all the variations, no matter how small (like more Stoic MC smirking instead of grinning like more Emotional MC), can be such a pain and time-consuming thing, but it’s always worth it when readers notice it

Just dropping in to give my support and kudos.
Normally I fall into the trap of hyper focusing on one RO and not deviating much on subsequent playthroughs, But you’ve already had me go through twice for both Ash and Skylar (Even if they both need to chill out for different reasons)
Very looking forward to seeing both paths develop through the rest of the game.
