Two Questions: Romantic and Point of View

  1. It depends on how important the romance plotlines an the personalities of the ROs are. If they are important, use the realistic approach but if romance is a secondary to the main plot, you can make all ROs bi, or MC-sexual.

  2. Use the style you are more comfortable with, I don’t mind either as long as it is well-written.

  1. I much prefer ROs to be MC-sexual rather then otherwise because I identify strongly with my own gender and whenever I have to play as the other just to experience a romance I just can’t relate to the MC anymore. It’s the MC’s story, not anyone else’s.

  2. I’m honestly ok with either, they both give a story a different feel. 1st person POV is good for a story that is heavy on a more personal narrative and character interactions, 2nd POV is good for a story that is more idea-driven than plot-driven.
