I want to ask. In your website you write we can save dumas fate. Is that mean after we save his fate we can make him into Marshall or he just serving napoleon as regular general of division?

Ahhhh this really make me hope we can save desaix but because you not write it on your blog that mean we can’t save him. Will be cool to see alternate history that dessaix as marshal and see how Battle of Auerstedt happens if desaix in command.

Unfortunately, Desaix, like Kleber, is too powerful to allow to live. A Marshal Desaix (or Marshal Kleber, or Marshal Leclerc, or perhaps even Marshal Junot) will change history to a degree that may derail the entire course of the wars.

If you’re taking suggestions, I’ve always liked it when the MC in games gets to spend their money for roleplay reasons, like buying gifts for companions, charity, bribes, or other weird ways that don’t have an expectation of profit or mechanical advantage to the gameplay

Is there any other way to save Dumas besides having enough favor with Napoleon and being Dumas’s friend, so that you can ask Napoleon to take both of you back to France ?

You’ll definitely meet as many of the other Marshals - especially the famous ones - as I can get to fit into the text. Ney in particular will get a lot in Act 4. Depending on your rank, you also might see a lot of Soult as well.

All this info really great for me because i can get the picture of the game in my mid. Stay healthy cata and don’t forget when you beta test you should also use some professionals beta test or ppleople that you know but not your fan’s to make the data and suggestion you gather be impartial about your game. I’m actually plotting out the first substantial interactions you can have with Ney and Soult right now - at least, if you’ve advanced high enough in rank.
(as a General, you’ll be commanding a division in Soult’s IV Corps during the Ulm campaign. As a Marshal, you’ll be taking Davout’s place as commander of III Corps).
