Not really what i wanted but thanks for the suggestion!
I still absolutely love that game!
Well, it was Eric_knight who made the suggestion so you should probably thank him instead.
I just thought that the love triangle in the game might not be quite what you were looking for.
Actually the love triangle can be resolved
In fact, the scene and moment where my MC had to choose between Evelyn Ecstasy and Madison Rio (or Maria Huerta) is one of my “goosebumps” moment in CoG, i was reading deep into my MC’s character where i was suppose to await the return of Evelyn in a live event on Nation wide TV, which Evelyn arrived and start a “shoot” act by asking whether i intend to continue our relationship…before she can finish, Madison rob my micro-phone away ( to the surprise of many) and started saying something like when she eventually leave this life of her ( Madison was going to run for Mexican presidential election and gone from wrestling scene forever) , she will forget all the Boos she receive tonight but she doesn’t want to leave behind any regrets… she then continue to say that she is going off-scripted and go for a “shoot” now…, the Boos never arrived as the whole arena was silent… Evelyn realised what happen , and so the next moment was both of them said " I love you ! " simultaneously … this was when i had to choose between one of them, live on national tv… with the eyes of millions …in an off-scripted Shoot… so you can imagine the goosebumps i was receiving then , no matter what the choice was… it will leave one love interest with teary eyes …(although i suspect Evelyn would be more heart broken than Madison), I chose to tell Madison " I am sorry, perhaps in another life.another time "
It was such a wonderful read where the romance line is rivaling "Tin Star "
strangely enough both "Slammed ! " and "Tin Star " had a Romance Option called Maria… and both of them are charismatic political figure
That gave me the chills just reading it! I imagine both are really well written but I would feel terrible to break the heart of two characters (well one) that I love. I would not be able to do it ;-;
Well…in "Tin Star " you don’t have to break their hearts , both Carrie and Maria follow me back to Mexico …and it was written that it was a wonder both of them are willing to do so
Both of them are living happily in Mexico even when i married one of them, If i marry Carrie…it was written she had the happiest time of her life while Maria remain unmarried after her mourning period , Maria had learn what is true love and remain to be my loyal friend the rest of her remaining life
If i marry Maria, she also had the happiest time of her life and her marriage to me is the local folklore or fairy tale… while Carrie becomes a vigilante but whoever said bad things about me ( the one she truly love) will have a regret they won’t live to tell
In "Slammed ! " i guess eventually we need to break one of their heart … but if you choose not to accept Madison’s date invitation , you won’t have that heart broken scene however , we will miss the background story of Madison too… Evelyn had to be my choice because she was the one who stay loyal to me while i was in Exile and she was the one who “retrieve” me… and i was so touched when Evelyn went on screen to tell everyone that she has a message for an unnamed friend, "I will always be there when that “friend” is ready to come back "…for a famous pop idol who was willing to sacrifice so much, how can i betray her ?
I gotta play Tin Star soon enough…
Also I love Evelyn a lot and I would go as far as to say that she’s my favourite character out of every game in the COG and hosted games.
Me myself only play “Tin Star” and “Slammed” last year December I feel that they had set such a high standard on romance storyline
Hmm…personally, Evelyn , Carrie and Maria are 3 of my most favourite love interest in equal
when you play Tin Star , you will understand Carrie is like one of those trusted partner in your line of mission who constantly watch your back, and Maria has that aura of nobility that will win you over with her charisma, calmness and intelligent …in fact part of the alluring factor of Maria was her conversation with rich background story , the conversation with her was so well written that i simply fall for her without even doing anything
but i do agree that, Evelyn was the one who sacrifice the most for us
I hear about Tin Star a lot. I really reallyyyy need to play it!
True, but if you don’t decide between one of them at that point then the love triangle is not resolved later in the game.
It was that that I was referring to.
Oh yeah… there are 3 options , but i chose Evelyn
Just remembered that you can go out with two people in Sixth Grade Detective .
Not sure if it quite qualifies as a poly relationship, especially not what you’re looking for but I think it is a pretty cute and funny game.
I loved that game, it’s so pure and cute. Thank you for the kind suggestions, both of you.
Honestly, you might be right. I never tried for it on the girl PC side, just assumed it was there. So presumably just poly if you play as a guy.
How and what are the options?
You can romance both Jane and Hugh at the same time.
Versus book 1 and 2 starts a polyamorous relationship which I think can be continued to the next one .Choice of robots but only in one particular scene .

Thank you! Choice of robots was my first COG game and I don’t remember that being an option…
The Choice of Robots scene is if you build a robot companion and have a partner there is a threesome scene but you can’t have a relationship with both of them

The Choice of Robots scene is
Thank you, I definitely don’t remember that ever happening… even though it’s not what I was looking for I appreciate it!

I loved that game, it’s so pure and cute.
Ok, sorry that I’m not writing to suggest any more games containing polyamorous pairings making this comment a bit off-topic but I thought that if you liked Sixth Grade Detective because you thought it was pure and cute there’s two mangas you might like.
If the change in medium doesn’t put you off or that reading from right to left is too awkward for you that is.
First up is Karakai Jouzo no Takagi-san (link to a site where you can read it here: kissmanga.com - kissmanga Resources and Information.)
Quoting the summary on the site: ”“If you blush, you lose!”
Living by this principle, the middle schooler Nishikata gets constantly made fun of by his seat neighbor Takagi-san. With his pride shattered to pieces, he vows to turn the tables and get back at her some day.
And so, he attempts to tease her day after day, only to find himself victim to Takagi-san’s ridicule again sooner than later. Will he be able to make Takagi-san blush from embarrassment even once in the end?”
This is a pretty accurate description of what it is about, in almost every chapter Nishikata is trying to ”win” against Takagi-san no matter what the contest, from physical contests to making funny faces to try to make the other one laugh and so on.
Then we have 14-sai no Koi (link here: kissmanga.com - kissmanga Resources and Information.)
Quoting the summary on the site: ”A story about two unusually mature young people. They are both smart, very together and they are in love. But, as grown-up as they act, they are still just 14 and their feelings for each other are captured with tenderness and lack of nostalgia, but very cutely.”
A pretty accurate description even if it doesn’t really get into detail.
There’s the main couple who have both put on a kind of act for the others pretending to be mature as they’re considered to be mature.
Also, part of that act is that they’re concealing the fact that they’re a couple.
There’s a few other… don’t know if pairings would be the correct term here, but there’s a few people with feelings for someone even if they’re not in a relationship with said person.
Worth noting that this also includes teachers having feelings for students and vice versa so if anyone wants to avoid that they might want to consider skipping this manga.
Additionally while it is not mentioned in the summary there’s a fair bit of blushing going on in this manga as well.
