@Gilbert_Gallo I just finished another run (I got the Slash romance achievement), and I may have found some more achievement bugs. Of course, their not triggering could be a result of my doing something wrong, but I’ll try to be as specific as possible.
Memory Master
I think this one has to do with the five ape guardians who ask you questions on Donkey Island, right? If so, I answered all five questions right on the first try, and the achievement never triggered.
Puzzle Pro and Puzzle Overlord
I’m not sure which puzzles these pertain to, but I feel like at least Puzzle Pro should have triggered, as I solved both the fortune wheel and the circus correctly on the first try.
Fiery Redemption
I’m not sure about this one. I assume it pertains to LeChic (LeChuck), but I’ve defeated him in sword fighting and both dragged him and the throne into the sun and left him in the cave (two separate runs). So I’m not sure if this one should have triggered or if I missed something.
Hopefully that helps. I’m a pretty hard-core gamer, so I love to get all the available achievements. I’ll try to do another run or two in the next few days and see if there’s anything else that pops up.

Puzzle Pro and Puzzle Overlord
I finally got these to trigger. Turns out the only issue was I initially told Laura to use magic against the circus bugs. Once I said no magic, everything triggered fine.
Memory Master
I got this one to trigger, but I did figure out why the description was confusing. The initial achievement description says something like “Remember every seemingly useless detail about your crew.” However, when it triggered, it changed to saying “You solved three tricky puzzles in a row and nailed the Trial of Memory.” Since the initial description didn’t mention solving three puzzles in a row, I was confused why it didn’t trigger when I solved the Trial of Memory perfectly by itself.
Better sorry than safe
I don’t think this one works. I removed all safety features from my ship on two separate runs, and it never triggered (never drowned either). The lowest price I was able to buy the ship for was 6,500.
Fiery redemption
I have tried every option with LeChic and can’t get this to trigger. I even got him to be remorseful and had him make me promise to go back to my good life a couple times. No matter what I did with his remains, it never triggered. If you can tell me what is required for this one, I can try to get it to trigger. Otherwise, I have no idea.
Eternally damned lust
I have no idea what triggers this one. I’ve tried everything. If you can tell me what is required for this one, I can try to get it to trigger. Otherwise, I have no idea.
Also, when I romanced Will, he was called Matthew several times.

@Gilbert_Gallo I have unlocked all the achievements now except for Death Mode, Better Sorry than Safe, and Fiery Redemption.
Eternally Damned Lust
I got this, but saying the contract was void never worked. It either failed and made me a prisoner, or I was able to free us from the contract. I had to offer up the golden statuettes instead, which got me to DJ. Then everything worked the way you said.
