It happens. Unless your WIP is catapulted into the ranks of the popular WIP megathreads, you’ll get a substantial wave of comments on your first post, then attention will drop sharply with the subsequent update posts.
I’m not sure if there’s a solution for this. Putting up an entire project up front is one way… but can be pretty high risk and not for everyone.
Morale boosts are always nice to have, just as much as actionable opinions and feedback.
