HI, I’m not an english speaker and I’m baffled why the title of the game is not “Creatures Such as Us”, which I suppose is the correct form. What’s the purpose to use We instead of Us?
We is valid where it is. It can be used when referring to humans as a singular group of individuals. Probably other uses too.

As best as I understand it, the title is fragmentary and is a shortened form of ‘Creatures such as we are’/such creatures as we are’ or the beginning of a longer sentence ‘creatures such as we verb blah blah’. Basically ‘we’ is correct as it’s paired with a verb, even though the verb has been clipped off.

I thought it was a reference to the Carl Sagan quote, “For small creatures such as we, the vastness is bearable only through love.” The source is appropriate and the theme seems to fit the story, as well.

Could have been. I think OP just ran face first into another of the vagaries of the English language. In this case “We” and “Us” are interchangable, which you use would depend on the sentence rhythym you want and how flowerly you want to be.
