I tried Mouse’s romance once and it was rather cute, but I’ve always felt protective of Edwyn more like he’s a little brother. I do care about him, just not romantically, which I would personally call pretty good writing on your part. It’s not that often characters I can’t find myself romantically interested in are written in a way that makes me still care about them.

Wow !!! I just want to say this had polished a lot since i last play it … and especially the relationship interaction is so warm hearted i had tried the Carline route of finding Achille and really find that was touching , the Carline romance route was simpley mesmerising … thus far Calrline will be my love interest , however both Avelyne and Alice are adorable as well, Avelyne was so caring all the way … and i still will call her Alice , there seems to be more drama with her … i am still thinking of that funny scene of how i bought her the gun where she was so thankful… but would she still be thankful when she learns that i am a FBI undercover agent :-)
… i guess i just have to tell her Alice …i bought you that gun, don’t you dare shoots me with it :-)
I am going for Anna romance route next, i feel there is also more to explore with her route , the last i tried, she said "You are already with someone " …hence i need to replay then 
and @MichaelMaxwell If i am an FBI agent, i can romance that female agent too ? I somehow successfully ask her out for a date … so will it mean the FBI agent get extra romance option
Anyway, this will ultimately be a master piece with lots of replay value … especially each interaction with different characters will leads to different scene and story …

Thank you! The game started out focused mainly in it’s action and story, but as story progresses, and actions become monotonous, I figured I’d work on the characters too. Each of them with their own problems, preferences, and ways of handling things.
And don’t worry, in the next update, you’ll finally get to romance Rook 
… or at least experience what is probably one of the best last hangouts I’ve written by far.
In chapter 4, the FBI role will be so much more prominent, with so much more put on the risk. The Archangels may hate you if they find out, but your romances will think twice before shooting you… At least you hope so.
There are still some bugs where if you simply flirt with someone, it counts as being in romance. Still trying to fix some of them.
Yes, however, Megan’s romance will possibly be pushed later into part 2, same thing will probably happen with Gabriel and Raquel if things don’t work out with their backstory
It’s taken the game 4 years to reach this point. 3 more updates to go… hopefully 3 more months… or less…
Every little bit counts
Everyone will always be needy in their own eyes. 
But in a more serious note, Gabriel doesn’t distribute the wealth, that’s Greg’s thing. Gabriel uses his money however he can to help people in need in turn of gaining their favour. The more people he has favours of, the more potential power he has. What he does with it, up in the air 
I will be interested to see how Megan’s romance will go… especially how she will trusted a “dangerous” MC, although i told her every truth about all the activities i did… i think she was pleased that i tried to keep everyone safe and minimise to casualty … that scene of asking her out was pure luck, because my FBI reputation was 27% (far from 60 %) … and i manage to got her agree about it :-)
However , that mission with Carline was really heart warming especially how she cried about it… … thus far Carline will be my primary love interest
I was a bit afraid of that last hangout for Carly. It was rather rushed due to the time constraints.
Something to note about the FBI and Citizen Reputation, they will most likely either be scrapped in the finished game, or they’ll be reworked into something that actually matters. For now, only the FBI reputation matters.
The scene and interaction with Carline seems smooth for my opinion … it was fast pace from the start (searching) and towards the end, there wasn’t any dull moments … the aftermath where she shows us the photos and concluded the day with us was a perfect closure for an unexpected "date "

Each and every hangout partner will eventually have their own little short story written out for their adventure’s conclusion, but that’s for a later time. Carly’s short story adventure will take her back all the way to Belgium, with a little help from The Archangels

Thanks! Justin’s romance path will be somewhere in the later update, most likely in the private testing, so I’m sorry to say that he won’t be available for the public to romance or finish as a third hangout.
He will be later on when the game is finished. And like @ollierocket23 said, he is only romancable by a male MC.
Gabriel on the other hand can be romanced by any gender, and though his romance can feel a bit rushed, I do plan to flesh it out more later.

I think (in my opinion) that the Gabriel path it’s fine. Truth that maybe you could flesh it out (I suppose it means something like smooth the story betwen them?) But to me it doesn’t need too much 'cause, if I’m not wrong he is the secretive tipe, and when the mc patch up Gabriel i’ve read it like if they’re sharing some kind of intimiacy, not super romantic but enough to be more conscious about them… I’m explaining like shit but I hope it’s undestandable? I mean, i’m very reserved about my life since i was a kid, so my friends never knew so much about my life, and I care a lot about my friends, they just don’t seem to know 'cause I’m not that kinda person… even my boyfriend didn’t know that I liked him, so when I told him, he needed two weaks for assimilate… So, i don’t see the need to smooth too much the Gabriel story, everyone has a different personality.
Well, Gabriel does have work cut out for him, co-leading an organized gang of criminals brings much dangers. I do plan to add a bit more of a background to his relationship with the MC though.
