I belive once all the potential pets have been found after that we will get the chance to make one of them are main pet. So when ever thats all in a updated demo we can exspect to have the choice not long after from what i have seen.

So a quick question. Will the MC ever tell Hayden how it was MCâs familyâs fault for his/her mother and sister dying? Since they didnât want to warn the King and did nothing to prevent the attack? Not sure if has been mentioned somewhere and I just havenât seen it so apologies in advance if it has. Also, I just wanted to say that I absolutely love this story/characters/world and the old demo was one of if not the first I read when first discovering this site/genre.

I doubt you can say that and escape unscathed, because thatâs kinda bad even if thatâs MCâs father fault, this could be a reason of civil war not to mention this giving King justification to strip MCâs family title.
Need to remember that the rebellion not only claim Hayden mother and sister, the rebellion also claim a lot of victim from other nobility, including thousands commoners and soldiers alike, from the story it took 3 years to fully crush the rebellion.
Unless this is your intention to provoke a war and make MCâs family the most hated family in the Kingdom, I donât see any reason to mention this as well because MCâs own mother also fell victim to MCâs Father shortsightedness.
I understand that You may have no love for Eliazar that you want him to pay for his wrongdoing but this is not how you do it.
This would make now on the brink relationship between Petrus and Daria fall to irreparable damage with reconciliation thrown out of the window, this also will rally remaining of nobility into Kingâs fold.

Oh yeah I completely agree. I just feel like depending on the relationship you end up developing with Hayden, especially during their academy years, that you would eventually tell them. It really depends on the MC ig but I feel like thatâs got be a lot of guilt to deal with. Even more so if you tried to tell your father that he should let the King know and to do something about it.
Wasnât sure if youâre meaning âyouâ as in me personally or âyouâ as in MC. Iâm only asking from an objective point of view. I get why the father did what he did and even if itâs not right I can understand why. If you romance Hayden and tell MCâs father that he still has to do his duty as Duke in the meeting (I donât remember the exact words) then Iâd assume MC would have some sort of guilt for not being able to stop their father.
Again, I do agree that this shouldnât be mentioned to anyone and should be taken the grave because it would do more harm than good. I think itâs also dependent on each MC and their personality whether they would feel guilty or even want to tell Hayden the truth. Iâd just like to see the MC recognize this in some way if their personality and RO lined up or something.

It would be interesting such a moment would cause and the ramifications of it for my MCs they wont tell him weather they agreed or not because it would cause more harm than good for everyone. Now i will have a caveat in place that if something was to ever come up that not telling would even be worse then telling is back on the table. Current MC relationship status would have no standing good bad or indifferent it would be more about all the people of the kingdom darians and peturians.

I finished the demo right now, and I have to say it gets so much more interesting later on. I like how the change of MCs behavior is mentioned after the attack . (Althought there are many errors and text passages are called double) as well as the foreshadowing with Sir Fion throughout the book, and I enjoy all interactions and fights with MCs father especially in the end. Iâm just nor quite sure if the end is still a flashback from when MC got captured and saw their father at the front door. It would be awesome to have a year counter or MC age counter whenever there is a timeline change, this has me utterly confused.
I enjoy the story very much and look forward to the next update.

@Valixon only 4 person know this, 3 that still alive itâs Eliazar, Lord Campos, MC all is on Darian side and the two is hardliner Petrus hating individual.
So it is highly unlikely this will ever see light of day if not MC that reveal it, Lord campos seems to be loyal retainer and I am doubtful He will tell anyone really, he is almost killed by the Princess during Tournament.
@Ares_1Shot yes you I mean You, I am just wondering about the reason you want to tell this as MC to Hayden, depending on the reason like you want to invite war or trouble then itâs make sense to tell Hayden, but if you (playing as your MC) feel guilty about it it maybe better to live with that guilt because the ramification of telling is more harmful than good, the rebellion inflict heavy losses on the Kingdom and itâs not limited to Petrus side only, not only to noble but also peasantry.

Your right all who know are on darians side but its not just three people there are multiple nobels and soldiers beyond them that are aware of the information. Yes the MCs father and duke said that the information was not to be spoken about after the meeting upon pain of death or something to that effect. Still doesnt change a number of people know an if they turned for whatever the reasoning could cause something to happen.
So still interesting to see what might happen since there could be people out there who would love to use such info and the suspicion based off the pass cause it was publicly known that they had brought prisoners to the capital of petrus and mc the father and campos went to see them after a soldier went to them and afterwords at least one of those prisoners is dead and the father came back with blood upon him.
Lol i feel there could be more there potentially but i think my point was gotten across so looking forward to how things shape up. Weather we get a moment to tell hayden or not or something else entirly happens.

I mean, considering the relationship between the King and EleazorâŚand Darians and PetrusâŚIâm sure they have a strong suspicion who let those rebels get through. Just no proof. So itâs more wood to the flames of hate between them. Specially since Darian didnât help and only closed up their borders at the time.
Which only fuels Hayden and my MCâs anger at their fathers and their BS.

I have a feeling that MC & Hayden romance will cause BIG problems in the future. Itâs literally dance of Ice and Fire. But imho with MC &Nix and MC & Hayden are both most spicy and complicated romances in terms of potential consequences and trouble for the characters.

I technically loved Hayden a tad more than the others except Eris. She was the other. This is all first demo. Second demo, I still prefer Hayden. Long as donât hang out with the one crew nor shove Hayden. I believe it doesnât share rumors. I hate gloating/gloaters. Understanding why would to keep from getting married before MC has a chance.

Ah, if you admit to Hayden, that your fatherâs mistake caused the death of the queen and her sister, then a civil war will immediately occur, your title will be revoked, etc.
I second this. My she/her Hayden seemed to be referred to with male pronouns half the time. A little jarring

I understand, and donât worry, itâs not discouraging, it actually helps a lot. And regarding the issue of the MCâs authority, it has a lot to do with age, because in the old demo, the MC was older and therefore had more power of action, while in this one the development is slower, hence the reason for flashbacks, which hinder the development and that I intend to correct later on so as not to confuse and also help new readers. As for torture issues, itâs not very common in Petrus, in Darian thereâs a bit more of that, but I will show more about it in future updates. And although it may seem like passive choices, they will have a great impact on future events, you can be sure of that. Besides, I will soon bring options involving manipulation and more, for you to have other ways to solve some of the situations. And thank you for pointing that out, I will correct it. And also, thank you for the feedback

Will it be possible and a few other things, but as others have warned, they can have disastrous consequences. It will depend on some things, such as the relationship with Hayden, but there will be serious consequences if you choose this.
