@JimD Why must i took care my nephew?? Had always wanted a niece lol.
I love my nephew he even call me auntie poison =)) now i only have to teach him steal seduce and use poison. I just become him so badass like Clem, she is so cute badass not like Emma. Clem could destroy Emma in seconds⊠i hope my nephew dont become a crazy crying rat if that happen i would let him behind in no time or just poison him.
@MaraJade I feel like you May have started a anti Emma fan club
Can I get a link
And the more food you have the more energy you have to find guns and ammo but water is more important. I would say more but what if you turn into zombies and remember my spots and stuff and come for me, one of the most lovable and slightly unhinged person on the forum
@Natsu_Dragneel yes, one of the reasons I went for an 8yo is that he can be helpful.
@alleykae now!
@theNoobZHead I need for the child to have a fixed personality, and allowing a niece or nephew is like adding a whole new NPC.
@Marade you are choosing the dependent?! I thought you want to go solo.

Version 1.04
- Added Teenager background.
- Adjusted and balanced all professions and backgrounds.
- Spec Ops Soldier has been changed to Infantry Soldier.
@Natsu_Dragneel I love your username because Natsu is my favorite character of fairy tail so much so that I finished every fairy tail episode that has come out English dub in one day and didnât fall asleep until 23:50
@JimD The child seem better than Emma already. And after see Walking dead Clementine character i give a opportunity to my nephew if he yelling like Emma i would kill him poison his food or whatever chance i got. If is a normal boy eager to learn all would be fine, its good have a trusting familiar . My issues with having Emma obligatorily is the fact of been forced to support the most terrible crying beast sister.
At the risk of posing a question that has already been posed . . . what if the child dies? Take, for example, an event in which a set group of people need to run away, and the child grows tired, trips, etc., etc⊠Since the child is an independent entity, I can ignore them, have an obstacle between us, etc., etc⊠So whatâs the insurance that I just donât leave the child to die? (Iâm not that horrible, but when necessity beckons and I canât do anything about it . . . quĂ© lastĂma.)
Hey Jim,
Mixed Martial Artist, Movie Star and Sciontist donât have the option to close the email till you go through all the emails.
@theNoobZHead thanks. Hope it was an adventurous dream at least.
@Marajade I hope to make the nephew useful and courageous but he is also 8 years old and will act that way too.
@adjppm1227 the child can die if neglected or put at risk. Having a dependent is a serious challenge. Others will help you along the way but if you make poor choices about his safety, there are consequences.
@jcury thanks, Iâll fix it.
@JimD I understand that it is a serious challenge. But in no way is losing a dependent child equivalent to losing your life in this type of situation. (I feel like Iâm playing Devilâs Advocate, for, personally, I could never stand for this . . . yet the logical mind persists.) For example, a deep sleeper might sleep through an approaching zombie. Then theyâre eaten. But insofar as I understand it, if the child dies, I still live.
As an alcoholic teenager, shouldnât you just take the beer ASAP
Hey guys, my friend and I made a Tumblr blog dedicated to Zombie Exodus and weâll also post news on Safe Haven as well. We plan to feature fancasts, fanfictions, and fanart dedicated to the game because we love it so much.
http://zombieexodus.tumblr.com/ Here it is if you want to follow it. You can message me if you want to help run it. We really want to expand the fanbase as much as possible and thought this might be a good wayâŠ
^^ or maybe make it three options along the lines of:
*accept the beer without hesitation, you are here to party after all.
*accept the beer reluctantly, you want to quit but itâs a party and one more shouldnât hurt you anyway.
*(if high willpower) reject the drink. Enough is enough and you donât want alcohol to keep running your life.
Or maybe drink it on one gulp; grab Jonahâs cup and down both down; or make a keg stand
As an engineer and laborer , there is an error when you choose claustrophobia and fear of heights
Hi @JimD I came across the below items while testing the Teenager playthrough:
The only normal feature of the man is a (*something missing here) He totters toward you, though his torso twists to the side as if he runs at a diagonal. He tilts his head back and opens his (*mouth?) wide where sit a row of pronounced, angled teeth.
Gender errors: You catch the word âkissâ but loud voices swarm you from behind, followed by a small pack of Madisonâs friends. They drag her along the path to the pool house, and he (*she) disappears inside the small shack.
He points to to (*double to) the food in your hand, and you raise a finger to the grill not more than eight feet away. âThanks, Quinn. Oh did you see Madison? Sheâs been talking about you all day.â âI saw him (*her) for a minute.â âOh, there he (*she) is,â Anthony says and runs back to the outer area of the yard.
@adjppm1227 I agree with all youâre saying. What are you suggesting as a change?
@Pepper The way itâs written, you are at the party for about a minute before youâre asked if you want a beer. Did it feel longer? I can tweak the wording but Jonah offering a beer is the first chance.
Iâll check into the engineer/laborer background for those errors. Thanks.
@nyaatalie thanks for doing this. If youâd like, I can post this to my Facebook and Twitter to let others know about it.
@Dark_Bear2899 Iâll see about adding your suggestions. Thanks!
@piggleywinks thanks for pointing those out. Not sure why those errors are happening â the code looks right. Ugh
@theNoobZHead did you play the fuel mission in ZE1? Thereâs an underwater zombie fight scene.
Well, Iâm not entirely sure. As with a deep sleeper, the penalty for this effecting youâat certain timesâis obviously death. But the child is very well allowed to die and you allowed to live. I purpose a more intimate tie to the child. (Just note that the word intimate has multiple meanings and I donât mean it as it is usually inferred.) Having an eight year old child would mean you must be at least twenty-one (give or take), but it seems unlikely that anyone would have a child at that age (thirteen).
I was thinking more along the lines of the child is your nephew, but their parents (and your sibling and sibling-in-law) have died/left; perhaps your sister died in childbirth and the father walked away/suicide. You could have been the godparent, thus making the child yours. As such, though biologically it is incredibly illogical that you would have an eight-year-old child, you can logically have a child and still be relatively young. Having this child as a figure in your life makes them an internal connection to the external world; this could very well cause an incredibly strong character, mentally. I would imagine that having this figure whom has been wounded (after all, you called them a dependent child) would force you to have been quite jaded, cautious, and selfless. You need to be strong for the child, but you canât make stupid moves, and you certainly canât start thinking of yourself. (That is not to say, however, that you are so selfless that youâre essentially tied to the child.)
Therefore, losing this child would cause a plethora of damaging effects. Most notably, your mental health would plummet. If I understand depression (and I donât), I would imagine that your life would loose all intensive meaning. Thus reckless and selfless would rise exponentially; additionally, you would become very depraved. Depending on how you reacted, you could either become incredibly jaded or incredibly sensitive. I also imagine that charisma, intelligence, willpower, or perception would fall a small bit.
However, in rare circumstance, it is possible thatâif you have high willpowerâyou can channel this effect into a driving force. (As you said, it is possible that a challenge can be made into a benefit.) I can foresee this only if the child was somehow killed by another person and then you live to kill this other person. If this happens, I can see you becoming reckless, selfish (in the sense that you must live to get revenge), jaded, manipulative (âwhatever is necessaryâ manipulative), and depraved (however, if you have high charisma, you may be able to appear as civilized). I would imagine that willpower and perception would rise, but intelligence and charisma would fall. Furthermore, I would content that you become something of an elite sociopath. You would appear normal and controlled, but once you find the person, you make Nero and Caligula look like Gandhi and Dr. King. Thus you may have to make a second, temporary statistic for this situation. This statistic would take charisma and factor it with mental health, and would find your âoutward mental appearance.â Now, once you find this person (assuming you successfully kill them), I would think that you would have the same results as in the paragraphs above, but much more powerfully because youâve been holding in all the emotions for so long. Once this happens, your mental capacities crash and death is all but inevitable.
Just my hunch on what would happen.
Edit:
P.S. I realize that the second event would dramatically alter the storyline and would say that you may want to make the child more customizable if you want to go with the second possibility. If you donât want to do that, then you may just wish to have the first event be the universal effect.
@adjppm1227 You have good ideas, but you assume player
1-Love the child
2-Want care of them willingly
3-Desire children safety and the single idea of losing it make you feel sad.
Well i could imagine this. You got 16 17 years and are already independent in europe you could take care about a familiar if you got economic stability. You then have a 8 boy you could certainly not known about , a distant bro or sister dies etc⊠You are a teen and that creature sad and hurt for his lost demanding cares and cares ⊠You arent prepare for. Then apocalypse cames you certainly could desire get rid of that anoyance , or if that happen naturaly feel totally happy the problem is dead or undead.
I hope @JimD dont asume you has to love the tiny rat but default because add other alternatives could make a god plot , please no another Emma love by default.
