Since it’s still early in the apocalypse, and a lot of stores probably still have supplies to scavenge. I don’t see that happening in Safe Haven. I can see there being cannibals in Dead zone because it’s 5 years later and resources have depleted.

In my first created MC and playthrough as Wrestler, my weapon is a cavalry sword… even elected leader, i put Bailey in my group …
Without firearms, there seem to be more description on armed combat of me and Bailey , which she impressed me a lot with her style of Baseball bat 
I found it amazing with the imagination of the shy temptress killing zombie with baseball bat …
However , i didn’t know whether Bailey is an RO then because not much people talk about her, hence i replay immediately and look for way to increase her relationship , which i was lucky to do that in 2nd playthrough because Bailey’s interaction was limitted, even with the right attemps her relationship stat was just enough to reach the romance route, and thus the following scene with her… i was so happy and introduce Bailey’s romance to everyone on the forum :-)
Edit : i don’t think we need meat when we are vegetarians

We can also hunt for deer etc. Also are you individually vegetarian ?(your character) or are you suggesting everyone in the group starts. Oh Bailey is an awesome character, and I also want to know more about her.

That reminds me of the comic Off-White.
At one point in past, one of the human main characters (along with her father and a family friend) were trapped for a long while in a place they could not escape right away…and unfortunately, they all had no choice but to eat their sled dogs (her and her father’s beloved companions). She was distraught when she saw her father’s friend pick uo the gun to do the deed and begged him not to do it. But her father just gently turned her away and pretty much told her that between them and the dogs, she was his biggest priority and they needed to do whatever they could to survive.
I discovered the fact Bailey was a RO by chance while redoing one of my playthroughs. So I took a chance to explore what it was like and just fell more and more in love with her with each little interaction we had. Can’t wait to see more of her.

I mean If someone touching a little paw of my kitty Will crying for dying. Or my nephew… Or anyone of my group . Mara is very protective with her people. She doesn’t consider some of them their people yet. But in people she consider family she will die for defending them. However Kelly is definitely not Mara’s group… like seriously kelly WE ARE RAIDERS NOT LITTLE RED HOOD…I love Mama Nora she is Mara quatermaster Reilly Tommy the twins and Dante Reverendo is okay Jaime is useful That’s Mara group. Rachel is not Mara group her is a wild dangerous card.

I will love seeing the reactions of forum members if Somewhat a random girl called Mara in a road trying to trade or something lol. I will be suspicious and kill her with fire lol

Hahaha … not at all, my character is not a vegetarian , but i was just thinking when others mention about Cannibalism , so if everyone is vegetarians then there won’t be problem about Cannibalism , and since i read some theory that infected zombies still return to their basic instinct of diets, hence if the zombies were vegetarians when in life, in death they won’t bite and devour human flesh right, they should start scratching and biting tress instead … hence humanity could be saved if all zombies are vegetarians 
Totally agree… what little conversation with her had shown she is an intriguing character and romance interest , especially the story on how she survive the attack before she met Rachel…
@Eiwynn and @JimD I would prefer another ghostly companion like Cassie in Book 3 , well if there are zombies in the world, there should be Ghost as well

So boring! Maybe I am biased against due it has to do with my worst enemy Emma and all her crying… Maybe a opportunity to just kill the ghost right away due a insulting campaign or something
Well… opinion may be differ , I don’t find Cassie Boring at all from the moment she appear to me, because i am really curious who she is until the day i found the truth … not to mention her occasional sightings in the stronghold and during field work , all these make up for a more variety of super natural sense in an Apocalypse world …
But as i had been told, Cassie’s character was one of the most controversial but i suppose that’s how you make a story attractive and lure a greater audience of diversity …

@JimD So if Zombie Exodus: Dead Zone takes place 5 years after the initial outbreak, does that mean that the cure we’re able to create in Exodus doesn’t save the world ?
In the timeline of Dead Zone, a cure was not found. It’s not a continuation of ZE or Safe Haven but an alternate take on that universe.

That is an interesting alternative universe … which means both Cure or Divine power were not implemented , but life turn towards a more exciting scenario

It is Emma death in that universe… My head canon Is in that reality Mara could have say FINALLY I COULD STOP LIVING IN MY SISTER’S SOFA EVEN IF I HAVE A DAMN CAREER AND A HOME … I will find my way Imagine the wonderful situation of Ze without Emma moaning each five seconds WHY NOBODY LOVES ME

Yeah… I admit there were moments with her where I said to myself “really ? this woman is my sister”? Going on those scavenging missions really did feel like an escape from her to me.
