Zombie Exodus: Safe Haven General Discussion (Part 3 beta coming in December)

if that girl’s family had been there for her I would have waited until she turned to put her down. Since they weren’t, I thought it was cruel to just prolong the inevitable so I killed her and buried her. It’s nice to think that we can save everyone or redeem those that have done wrong but at the end of the day we can’t. of course we can try, but I don’t think we can save someone who’s already dead or a complete monster. As for Kelly it’s implied that if Peter’s father wasn’t there she was worried she could have been killed or possibly raped because Peter was giving her a creepy vibes. But who knows, I could be wrong or you could be wrong.

Thats right I think the Makarovs would be more dangerous, if the son had the lead. When your own home is not save enough they also spare Woody, they seem to be more into robbing than killing. At least the father is.

As for caring for others and try to redeem them, I myself do it only partially for the others, but also for myself. I myself feel better, if I can say that I did everything to help someone, if that someone does not want the help, thats fine, at least I tried. It might be a little bit of living the way you want others to be. Might be because I am a mother, I learned within the years, that a kid adopts what you want to teach a lot better, when you live that way to. I have heard parent telling me, they are trying to teach their kids to say thank you and please. My daughter just did it, because whenever she gave me something I thanked her, regardless of the thing was something I wanted or not :grinning:

How do I keep the Marakovs from breaking into my MC’s home?

Craft defenses, the lowest two should be enough if you ask Woody to look over what you build

Set up security - you’ll need the crafting skills to build traps and/or improve your house’s defenses… also Woody could help a bit

ninja’d again.

However, if you are romancing either Jilian or Rachel, better let Makarov break in … because the following event will allow you to increase their relationship

So out of curiosity, what’s the most morally questionable or downright evil thing your MC has done during the apocalypse?

Killing absolutely all people possible in the game same file included tommy Lopez Driver Woody one soldier the couple Dante Jillian … Basically everyone. My normal average Is same but Sparing Tommy and Dante and sometimes Woody Barbecue just don’t die. But probably 99 % of evil in this game has been proposed by me lol

Eli executed Jillian and Lyle in front of the nephew, then basically told him to toughen up. He’s done a lot of bad things for worse reasons (he genuinely thought the nephew needed that…lesson, and Jillian and Lyle weren’t totally innocent), but this struck me as the most sickening.

Pretty much me (except I followed Jillian and Lyle and chuckled more than I should have at the mental image of a Teen being able to take charge of three, armed adults).

I guess the baddest thing I’ve felt like I’ve done is my first playthrough was attacking White. Not because White and the squad was innocent (my MC had too much empathy to be fooled by them), but because I had a Nephew in that playthrough and his reaction made me feel bad. I may have helped Lopez out a bit, but the Nephew’s reaction (even when MC tried to explain that the soldiers weren’t what they seemed) made me both feel a bit crappy and hit me with the fact that MC was going to have to prepare the little guy for the fact that the zombies weren’t the only monsters the outbreak would bring.

My teenager MC want the scene where Madison join me in the Car at the end of Part 1 and the scene to ask me about my dream in start of Part 2… but if Jillian was around, it will be Jillian who took the initiative…

Hence i feel bad to purposely ignore Jillian and Lyles just so she won’t join my group , but Jillian actually is a fun companion , and since we could always pick the love interest later on … i am thinking bringing Jillian in my latest Teenager MC playthrough even though i am romancing both Bailey and Madison , an extra companion is always great

Just wait until 2-2 is released.

That sounds like a dangerous game you’re playing (the hitting on teens thing).

And that sounds like a ominous remark.

That is awesome news … now i don’t need to feel guilty for purposely leaving Jillian out of my group :-)

@Okami-Nora but it is the option to pick 2 love interest , Madison and Bailey are top of my list

Although my Movie star will pick Bailey and Jillian …

Again, you are playing a very dangerous game.

Though Brody certainly didn’t seem to have too much qualms about the idea of having something go on with Bailey and MC, I’m not sure Madison would share that same mindset.

But then again, my College Student MC seems to potentially be able to inadvertently get involved in his own love triangle which includes Jaime and Lopez (I was not expecting that at all).

Anything that involves Bailey sounds good to me (I ended up liking her more than I originally thought, especially as a RO).

Could never bring myself to seriously choose Jillian as a love interest (both because Lyle is alive and because I do not really trust her much).
