Of the other prisoners at the bandit camp, Preeti comes across as both desperate and foolish, while Kelly comes across as more thoughtful, and careful, even designating a place outside the camp where you could meet up with her. She also appeared as if she might be attracted to our protagonist given the way she started futzing with her hair when our character approached. In addition to Crone, I’d like to see Kelly survive to reach the Cathedral.

BTW, storywise, I’m having an issue buying into the limitation of only being able to free one. It makes sense if you free Preeti first, since she runs outside and causes a scene, but I don’t see why you can’t free all three of them as long as Preeti is freed last. It wouldn’t take all that much more time than you’ve already spent there.

@P_Tigras Once I finish that scene, freeing only Crone will appear more reasonable I hope. If not, I can change it, but there are only a limited number of people with potential to join the Cathedral: Hadley, Crone, Meng, and possibly Lyndsey.

And yes, Hadley will cause a big upheaval.

Hadley is adorable, no doubt knows a lot of her father’s secrets, and is old enough not to be a hassle unless someone is dumb enough to cap her father right in front of her eyes. I understand Crone if you free him, but Meng is one of the bad guys, and Lyndsey is pregnant, which is going to make travelling or fighting difficult, and technically at least, she’s on the wrong side too. Why do they have more potential than say Kelly?
