Spare Rosie and Driver and recruit them, go with Tommy to save his mom, try to treat Lopez’s wounds or kill one of his squadmates to recruit him, save Dante from the zombies, save Jillian and recruit her. I think those are all the optional survivors. It can be hard to save Tommy, Dante, and Lopez, as they all happen the same day I think, with narrow windows of time, but it’s very possible.
Scavenging is based on strength and whether you have a backpack or duffel bag. Every 12 strength lets you carry 1 item. Backpacks let you carry 2 more items, duffel bags 3, and the bonuses stack.
Level up your empathy. Most relationship changes are very heavily affected by it. My max-level empathy characters usually end up with the entire group as friends or best friends.
You cannot kill Keith, I think you can end up at a draw though, which makes them leave peacefully.
Scout the area, thoroughly search the van, and you’ll get the option to set one up in there using the materials you found. No pre-made SurvNet required.
You need a decent empathy score, I think at least adept.
Help him when he first appears and kill one of the soldiers. With the zombie in the trunk, choose the vote of what to do option. (Everything else seems to lead to a drop in approval from him that takes you below 75)
He needs to be at 75 or more for the scene before the hill fight.
Alright, looks like I’ll have to start over again. I have high empathy and persuasion, tried to treat his wounds cause my MC is a nurse but I didn’t kill one of the soldiers just questioned them. Thanks for the info

It also helps to question the soldiers, it’s best to fully question them then kill one.

Why does Bailey always hate me? When López went with one of my mcs to borrow her tent she said Rachel didn’t want anyone in the tent and glared at me…should have killed her in the hill lol
woah… i’ve never encounter that scene XD, and almost all NPC has good relationship with me 
does talking with her at the lake and comfort her after Rachel called you help improve your relationship with her? (what a pain to replay it from chapter 5 though

I’ve never comforted her, always chosen to search the scene and in that playthrough I didn’t go to the lake. I saved that mc and I’m not going to replay that exact same character though. I’ll try other variations and see, it wasn’t like that scene needed to happen, that my mc and Lopez just cuddled outside is just as good for me 
still dislike Bailey though lol

i dont think you could… that just a specific scene you got when you romance Lopez and doesn’t have a tent yourself, so Lopez drag you along to “sleep” in Bailey and Rachel’s tent.

Yeah, what curious boy said. The only time I’ve gotten a tent has been as a teen.I think you have camping gear in your home depending on your skills (maybe in survival? Not sure)
you could also get a tent by scouting the area (at the place where you could teach your nephew to kill a zombie) or create it yourself,
Yes i know that, if you have survival 3 or above you will get the option
to select items that includes 2 person camping tent, i was talking about
