I’m really looking forward to an update! Your story got my interest!
So far I’m loving Dominic and Price Eric’s vibes but all other ROs are very interesting too!

@Arcane_warrior Ah, I see. Full plate armour! That definitely fits within the world. I can add it as one of the outfit options available at the beginning of the story.
@Nat_Sattabongkod Great question! This is actually something that has been on my mind. Yes, I do plan to share a list of ROs somewhere down the road. Most likely after an update or two, once the characters are more fleshed out. I think this will make the list feel more meaningful and give a better sense of the ROs’ personalities.

Hi all,
Just a quick update on the progress!
At the moment, I’m working on what initially seemed like a short scene, but it’s turning out to be quite the headache, with all the variations. In this scene, the MC is seated at an oak table, awaiting the arrival of the King and High Sage, who are about to share their interpretations of the corpses’ revelations during Dominic’s ritual.
Something to look forward to? Well, some of your earlier choices will influence how the ROs at the table react, so each version of the scene can play out a bit differently … which can be a tad tedious. Nonetheless, it’s oddly amusing how I keep revisiting the same ROs, yet each interaction still feels fresh. It’s starting to feel a bit like a time loop, where each loop presents opportunities to make new decisions that nudge the consequences in subtle ways.
Still, I’m trudging on!

Good day, folks!
Just popping by to say that I recently finished participating in this year’s Halloween Jam and am diving right back into this WIP. Unfortunately, I am still stuck at the oak table scene (mentally letting out an exasperated sigh). That said, I am finally moving on to writing the scenes for another RO, so a small pat on my shoulder for that. Simultaneously, I am refining the worldbuilding aspects, especially the lore that governs the physics of this realm, which does help streamline and firm up the narrative quite a bit.
I do hope to come up with another update before this year runs its course, though that is more of a wish than a guarantee.
Nonetheless, I shall continue my venture onward.

@Geralt Thank you for your motivating words! I hope you enjoy the next update just as much. I’ve been spending some time working on the interactions between MC and the ROs, particularly how they respond differently depending on the decisions MC made earlier, while making sure the plot keeps moving. The next update will be a bit shorter in scope, but I personally feel it will shine in terms of replayability. I also hope the reworked lore will make the story easier to follow and more immersive.
