I think releasing in parts is a good idea so u can get feedback on it while working on it. Take your time. Glad its still being worked on

As a question however is the paths mostly in relation to where we go or not? Or is it also tied to our postion in the military?

The paths are only about where you choose to go. Each of those major paths is exploring your time on relief before being sent back off to war.

Okay in that case lol as much as I will eventually play them all then the first two would be going home to mcs own family and home town. An then in this order it would be Cora, Freddie, twins, Keller. Got reasons for all of them, but that would be the order if I had to choose i would want to play through at this point in time.

Can your choice of homeland effect little things about the MC, like given how Havan is going through a supply issue, it would be no surprise for soldiers to change some articles if their uniform, like wearing non regulation hats or something to represent were their from as not only to help their comrades identify their bodies, or as small act of regional identity especially in regiments that has people from all over, so like during we can reserve a care package from dear old mum that contains something that links them to their home region, like a special hat they can wear, or maybe a kilt or something during winter that mother could of knitted up

Unfortunately I do not have a tumblr. Do you think having one might help me reach a wider audience? I never really considered it but it could be helpful.

I don’t know. Maybe yes, maybe no.
There are artists who don’t have Tumblr or any other social media and are still very successful. Some people just have that something that makes others actively follow, comment and give feedback… and some of us don’t. I’m more in the second group, so it’s hard for me to give good advice. I follow artists with great works who still get almost zero engagement. There are no real rules. I honestly have no idea what actually works. Still, I think every extra attempt to reach more readers is probably worth trying. I have Tumblr myself and I use it to discover things. I really like reading people’s opinions and sometimes discussing with them. The anonymous asks are also a nice bonus. So if you feel like giving it a shot, at least you’ll have another platform. And honestly – I started reading your if and I love it. I really hope more people discover your work. I hope it works out for you.

Another small update. I have just finished writing my second novel, so I will have MUCH more time to dedicate to the development of this IF until I begin work on the third. Expect some actual content updates soon
