Being Hero sidekick saving the world is good, the part that I don’t like is dying part.
As much I dislike the light side I still don’t want world to be reduced into ruins being populated by the undead.

This keep on playing in my mind again and again if MC died wouldn’t Tristan turn to be the next Dark Champion? Would Tristan turn his back on Heptra knowing MC died because the prophecy? Considering current Dark Champion become like that because tragic story

Seems like the DC is gonna be an endless cycle until one side wins. Either dark or light depending on if each catalyst dies and when the chosen one appears since I have a feeling the last one was killed by a jealous person

In my opinion this cycle will continue like… did you know the story of Summoner Yuna?( Final Fantasy X )
The story of Yuna the Summoner
For those doesn’t know the game, Final Fantasy X is about Yuna the current “light champion” Fight against Sin the current “Dark Champion” There is also this prophecy about Yuna that rhyme with the theme, to defeat Sin summoner Yuna do pilgrimage to numerous holy site in order for her to summon ultimate summon the “Radiance” However such great weapon can only be summoned with “Catalyst”, if the summoner summon “Radiance” Sin will be defeated and world goes peaceful once again, however this peace doesn’t last as another Sin will rise and once again plunge the world to chaos, so in order to stop the cycle, Tidus Yuna companion decide to go against prophecy and try to defeat Sin without the radiance, beside the fact Tidus love Yuna, later the party learn that Sin is actually previous summoner guardian those individual that really care about their summoner, all of this is meaningless curse that constantly goes in cycle, after one been defeated another takes the mantle and become the enemy they fought, what worse is the Church know this and they turn blind eye as long there is a Summoner the Sin will be defeated after all.
In the end party defeated sin after turning the world upside down however Tidus is from another time, since tidus come to this world because of Sin, Tidus will disappear if Sin is Killed, now this will continue to X-2
Just like the story this probably the cycle that keep ongoing as long as someone keep fulfilling the prophecy,
My personal theory
So the only way to stop it is to break the prophecy and forge new path to end this once and for all, but MC is different with Tidus, MC is real people from this time and from this world not like Tidus, ending the cycle will not make MC disappear so there is quite a chance for Happy ending.

Holy cow was this update good.
the DC putting a silencing spell on you so you cant tell T is great.
That cliffhanger is crazy. I cannot wait for another update.
I don’t know if this is just for me but the game kept restarting when I accessed the stats during the Dc encounter at the end. saves seemed to restart as well putting me at the start. Again don’t know if this is just me.

Yeah that’s what I figured. I have almost 50 demos open in my browser so it’s honestly fighting for it’s life lmfao.
I got through it though and really liked it. This game has got me in a chokehold lol.
