What a lovely game, this just scratches that power hungry trip I always wanted to fulfill in xianxia novels, quick question thoughIs the black spot in our heart that we found during the ascension to houtian during our fight with Tang Ruo, is it worth letting it stay or is it a detriment? Cause from what I know in this genre, risk and reward come hand in hand, maybe this thing is a mutation that will aid us, I’m quite in a dilemma. Besides that, I’m grateful for this lovely work, and can’t wait for more. cheers!

But for answer: It’s poison. Later, if you don’t remove it, you start dying and can make one of two deals, a bad one and a worse one. Or, if your constitution is high enough, you can do nothing and your body will surpass poison and give you a new permanent positive trait.

I think I know. I believe the bragging option only appears when you read the full story of the demon queen’s son. Even if you know that he is the son of the demon queen, you must listen.

Is it possible for you to make a cheat mode before you added the ungodly amount of EXP? I quite liked that it still had some sort of challenge while I could still be OP if I tried a little.

Heavenly difficulty would probably work best for you. Niki changed it cause Overlord is really meant for playthroughs where you don’t feel like managing training/exp at all.

Honestly, not surprised. We’re here for a power fantasy. I can easily see most going through on overlord, then dipping into the difficulty on a second run to get that extra content.
That’s my plan, actually. Well, kinda. My second run will be as trash and then editing the xp count in the save file just to see what happens. Then I’ll play a proper one.
