Yeah I honestly get it, but I nearly chocked on my drink because of this, I really hope we can finally surpass Tang Ruo because even in Story Mode I feel like MC is Always 2nd but what’s the point of being number 1 without some hardwork and destruction this time I’m thinking of making my character the same as The Myst Myth Mayhem manhwa MC..(sorry I forgot his name)

I don’t feel rao as protagonist. At the expedition fight I felt mc is the protagonist just its the problem of our physique that heaven likes to make them powerful by hard life (sadly for my dear Ai)and Rao’s physique is that they will have easier growth. But it’s not a race of fastest growth but the highest one, and in that no one matches the real GOD!

Isn’t the real God the sky according to Chinese beliefs?
Don’t know about the beliefs, but the game explicitly talks that some cultivators eventually reach ascension to (literal) godhood, and that Tang Wei was one of the few people who have achieved that.
If i get it right, Heavens are more of a “force of nature” thing which governs creation and things associated with it, but without any real sentience to speak of.

Its just fantasy man. The author create something. NOT truth but believable.
Don’t know where you are in the game but at some point the word you look for is “heaven.”
Read more and you will find, the aswer and why. But keep it as a fantasy, its not an historical story.

I really hope Ai doesn’t die automatically. For a game with so many choices, that would be a rather unnecessary and displeasing closing to one of the better romance arcs.
She’s definitely the one for my MC, no contest. Although I still mingle with Tigress before the relationship is “locked in” simply because of how fun she is. Tigress is hilariously badass.
With all that being said, proper romance paths and fleshed out character epilogues for becoming our version of the best Martial Artist would ensure this game’s place among the top IF games. It is such a beast of a world, one that deserves a complete story with a definitive conclusion that makes all the time you can spend reading it worth it in the end.
I obviously have faith in @NickyDicky, but with a project this big, it can be easy to have your focus disjointed. As a hobbyist writer myself, it is a position I do not envy.
Regardless, I can only pray that we will see more of what we have already been blessed with, such as whacky pro wrestling moves and literally any scene involving brutally murdering Tigress’ detractors or tearing wicked mythological beats apart to cheer Ai up.

IIRC in the current version this option is gated behind being boastful/rude to the guard, when you arrive to the city.

I mean, I really like Mei’s route - and I do agree it’s a really well written one. However, her path more or less demand absolute commitment to it - and usually means slamming quite a few other doors in the process. So for people who like kind of flirting with everyone and see how it goes, Mei is probably the hardest path to stumble into, especially since it involve pretty specific actions that many MCs wouldn’t naturally do.

But reason I don’t like Mei is she poisoned MC at the start and if you fail Rizz her you got bad end if you don’t have enough Qi at least when I play in previous updates (first time playing her route at the time), and not only that Jing Guo is Gone if I fight LC and not betraying Mei first to gain LC Favour, Her Uncle is shitty, trying to sabotage MC using Drunken Men and frame MC killing someone in the sect even though it’s probably someone He Changpu already pay to give up his own life (I don’t know the truth but It’s probably his Schemes)
Ai is the best, Got wholesome Scene, Snu Snu, and because she is a peasant means she got lack of powerful backing, meaning she might gains more enemies which is a Win for MC because more enemis = more Qi harvest (It’s Free Real Estate), and wouldn’t it be more epic if somehow in Last book if MC + Ai Against the whole World or Worlds if Immortals involved in shenanigans ?
2 People against the World Social Hierachy and turned it upside down is Much more epic than romancing a Drug Dealer (He Mei)
In Evil MC Route Ai probably becoming a Fodder or Qi Cow for MC to harvest.
Nah bro in order to TRULY Move on is to just Erase the World and go with other Immortals into upper realm

To be fair, I’m pretty sure Mei is super down for murdering her uncle, given the chance.
But yeah, Ai also has really good story hooks. Hopefully she does manage to overcome that unfortunate ice block stage.
(I’m also pretty curious of what would happen to Ai in an Evil!MC route, where she figuratively throws the gauntlet at them. Presumably she’d encounter the same struggles, without the MC to actually help them - yet I would still hope she’d manage to overcome them. Good rivals are hard to come by)

Any He is a must be killed even mei.
If I want to move on from Ai my only interest would be Rao. So I’m still waiting for a good content for her.

I’m not sure if this has been brought up before, but I think it’s better to mention it regardless: There’s a bug that happens when Talents that increase stat EXP overlap with each other—or at least, it happens with Righteous Paragon.
I took Righteous Paragon along with Captivating Beauty. When I increased my Charisma once my alignment shifted to Virtuous, I thought the two boosts would stack and raise my Charisma by either a multiplier of 2.5 or 3, but it only raised my Charisma by a multiplier of 1.5. Essentially, the boost from Righteous Paragon outright replaced the boost from Captivating Beauty.
I didn’t try this with Demonic Overlord, but I assume it happens with it too.
I think it’s rather dull if Righteous Paragon and Demonic Overlord (if it happens with it too) just cancel boosts from other sources. I recommend making it so that any overlapping EXP boost stacks additively.
Edit: I might as well mention this here as well. The EXP you spend on Dao Comprehension is unaffected by Righteous Paragon. I’m not sure if this is deliberate, but I’m going to assume this is also a bug based on the wording in Righteous Paragon:
EXP spent on everything is increased by 50% if alignment is Virtuous.

Anyway, apparently on this difficulty you can’t both save JG and blow up LC due to VIT 3250 check
What is more profitable stats-wise in the long run – HM, or the restaurant?
Don’t care about narrative for this run, I’m just trying to survive here 
HM gives a lot of stats and some money, but saving JG gives (30k + 20k) right after the expo, which I can save-scam into 150k via the cards game, which is the only way I know how to buy out all qi treasures playing paragon. + good profit from the restaurant each week since I b̶u̶l̶l̶i̶e̶d̶ convinced JG to give me >50% share
Seems like the restaurant is better option, but I don’t remember much about HM route..
