Apparently yes MC os a Dragon even suggesting MC’s parents also pretty much in disguise like MC.

Hi! This is really great, super fun to play! Just wanted to let you know that when you choose cup size every option will get marked/confirmed as C size, tried every option just to be sure, nothing major obviously just noticed it when I checked character profile

Well, it could use more choices, the protagonist seems pretty set in stone personality/goal wise so far. Reads fine though, We’ll see where it goes.
