Based on the description of the races, can we control time as a half elf when we transform? And regarding the physical changes of the races without transforming, does the half elf and draconian look human apart from the long elf ears and draconian horns? I want to go archdragon but the description doesn’t make it clear for dragons.

Half elves are cosmic when transformed so manipulate time and space.
Draconians when transformed are a fusion between a god of destruction and creation.
Burrs are eldritch when transformed.
Archfiend, archmind and archenemy were incomplete transformations. Sin is the true power of all archdemon hybrids.
As for appearance, half elves look human with pointy ears and draconians base state look human with draconic eyes and sparkled skin.
Only Zekki is an archdragon and she is on par with archdemon not needing a transformation, only cosmetic. Because she comes directly from an archangel and dragon.
