You can try tumblr a little difficult but once you get used to it, its easy-but if you think that your writing time is too much for a blog, you really don’t have too! Take your own WIP at your own pace!

As Elli surmised, the mutations are liable to be much more extreme than many of those images.
There will be pros and cons to each combination depending on the circumstances, but generally power wielder has an easier time with the mutations and the nodes.
MC hasn’t worked out any means of altering the nodes themselves; I can tell you that changes are much more likely to be plot beats than customisation options.
You expect correctly.

The stats for Guts and such were only present in the stat screen during the flashback, I’m not sure if that’s intentional or not.

It is not! I thought I’d fixed that. Turned out I had, but then also replicated the error elsewhere 
(in case anyone was wondering, the past relationships disappearing after the flashback ends is intended)
Whoops! This is fixed, but also required me to change startup.
I might ease off on bugfixing until my next release, since this one only got introduced by uploading scenes piecemeal on dashingdon. I’ll see how progress goes.

Aaaaaaaaaaaah, the unrequited feeling for someone who would definitely not respond, but they’re important enough to you that you don’t want the current relationship to be ruined, so you can only hold on to it until the last moment…thank you @izzily for writng it out so well, this option struck a chord with me and I savour it very much.
Will the MC have a chance to lay it out and welcome the certain rejection, or continue to carry on that pented up crush, I eagerly look forward to experience how you will handle it in the future updates.
Otherwise, like others have commented so far, I do think this is a solid demo, with a coloful cast, captivating story flow and meaningful choices. The customization is unique and accomadating enough, it really intergrate well with the setting. Bonus point for the spaghetti. This is an instant liked and bookmarked for me.

Was going through the code to read some of the differences in a couple things, everything about nickname_salt is very funny, even better since it is a perfectly acceptable nickname for me, just not one I use, so I very easily could’ve naturally stumbled upon being bullied out of my nickname. Also I find it funny how I managed to perfectly avoid every single instance of acknowledging my character is trans.

loveeeeeeed this, finally finished reading the demo (I have pretty spotty signal on my commute, so I tend to start and not finish a lot of demos). the body horror is horroring and I love it. i am intensely anxious to see the fate of whoever we saved (or whoever we didn’t…)
