Also wanted to ask, i heard about being able to duelwield but i was wondering what are the limits, can you duelwield a sword and spear or is it only sword with sword or knife with knife type of way?
Finished the game, Was very nice from beggining to end ^^ !!! Loved the Reaction to you character background and race, loved when you make a deep system where every skill, every choice matters, you learn unique things based on the path you choose, Was very nice, i would put this on top of the games i played here, where the game made me feel unique strong and every skills matters. ^^ !!! thanks, too bad patreon in my country is like 5x times my money worth sadly.

What is the benefit of winning the tournament? (Besides being the best martial artist in your age group)
Youre basically guaranteed to be recruited to azuma Honsha the capital city and being trained as an archon which is basically high ranking government official. You’ll be training under the best of the best and will be guaranteed wealth, fame, and most of all power not just for you but for your entire clan. It’s a big deal
Think about how you were elevated to warrior caste because you beat Jack, same principle here except multiplied by 1000

I agree with everything you said except that we were not elevated to the warrior class by defeating Jack, we were elevated because our village leader tricked Crusher Mao (in reality, defeating Jack almost made us and our family become slaves)

Still though that event is ultimately what led to us being promoted if we had advanced but failed to defeat Jack still or if we defeated him but didn’t advance we would still be laborer caste
I say that cause Kosuke for example also managed to advance but wasn’t promoted to warrior caste

Random suggestion: When you get tortured, there’s one path where you fool our nemesis with bullshit and one path where we convince him of the truth (and one where we just endure the torture) and either one make him realize something.
Would be nice if after his death, we could find his notes or something about what he realized from our info / lies. Like if we successfully lied to him, we learn about one thing while if we were fully honest, we learn about another thing?
Could be some nice reactivity and a bit of lore.

My guess is after you defeat Jack’s vegata complex there 3 possibilités. 1 You win the end
2 Taio returns you beat them but die doing so Taio kills you (and later steals your body but no one knows that till the 3rd game the 2nd mc takes on a group of immortal martial artists who are all very shiny and wear very little clothing. Then the third game will probably open with the mc in prison maybe cos have a new power they can’t control? The 2nd mc will turn up much older as a mentor figure to teach said power and Taio is back using 1st mcs body.

You know, playing a female and flirting with Jack is super fun. I hope I can actually make good on all of it though, cause that would make it the best outcome for the flirting.
