I’m just now looking at this thread, and I’m going to totally let it go that you prefer the star wars prequels. Within the prequels alone, how could you prefer Dooku? He was lame. At least if you’re going to be lame you should be lame and look awesome with an iconic lightsaber, like Darth Maul.
And my favorite Joker will forever be Mark Hamill. I think he was absolutely perfect.
And I remember hating Loghain but I can’t remember if it’s because he was villainous or because he was a moron. Probably both.
I don’t think he’s lame at all; he easily defeated Anakin and Obi Wan at the same time, and almost did so a second time. Plus, he even battled Yoda afterwards in the first fight. Not to mention he’s really cunning. It also helps that he’s played by Christopher Lee, who is a genius when it comes to acting.
in no particular order:
Theodore(T-Bag)Bagwell-----Prison Break
great acting,script,and characterization.
Walter(Heisenberg)White-----Breaking Bad
a sympathetic, slow decent into evil
Gustavo Fring-----Breaking Bad
Walt’s enemy/mirror
Dr.Horrible-----Dr.Horrible’s sing-along blog
a funny, snarky sympathetic villain whose arguably a much better person than the hero
Damien-Platoon Of Power Squadron
very subdued, subtle take on evil.really well acted for a youtube series
Deathstroke/Slade-----Batman/Teen Titans
evil, cunning and played by Ron Perlman
Venom-----Spiderman(comics)
the twisted mirror-image of spiderman
Deadpool-----Deadpool(comics)
funny and completely insane
Shou(Akumetsu)-----Akumetsu
badass anti-hero with a unique calling card
Richard-----Looking For Group
humorously evil
V----V For Vendetta
great anti-hero(similar to Akumetsu IMO)
Magneto----X-men(comics and movies)
cool,ruthless and understandable
the Joker----The Dark Knight
for the same reasons that he’s on everybody else’s lists
Patrick Bateman-----American Psycho(movie)
insane,well-acted and funny

arguably the best slasher villain
the bad guy in Ravenous-----Ravenous
(the name would be a spoiler) dark and sincerely creepy

the loveable psychopath
Crowley-----Good Omens
best/funniest demon ever!
Alex-----A Clockwork Orange

a realistic “evil”

great, misunderstood character
Nathan(The Repo Man)-----Repo! The Genetic Opera
a super-badass, conflicted character.

Norman Bates- Psycho
Hedley Lamarr- Blazing saddles
“Because T-Rex” xD lol!
Also, yeah, I definitely should have listed Voldemort.
Oh, and Kaa is pretty awesome.
@mrnidhogg, One Flew Over The Cuckoos Nest is amazing, didn’t think to include that one
Seconded. What a terrific movie.
@122BCooper, that’s inconceivable!
Mawwwige!!! Anybody wanna peanut? Shall we try and kill each other like civilised people?
There are too many princess bride quotes, I love that film!
I’ve clearly spent much too much time quoting that movie. A college friend recently watched the movie for the first time ever and post to Facebook “now I understand… Havenstone is Westley.”
Mr Vandemar and Mr Croup from Neverwhere are an excellent double act. I really like The Angel Islington as well.
If you class him as a villain (and it’s still hotly debated among the fan community), Ozymandias from Watchmen is great. (And you can make a strong case that his actions, while hardnosed. were justified).
Also from Alan Moore, the League of Extraordinary Gentlemen version of Hyde is genuinely terrifying, while not precisely evil.
Pratchett’s take on elves is really good. Teatime is another excellent villain.
The Neverwhere villains are fantastic!
And Mr. Teatime… he was great. He’s great in the movie adaptation, too.
LOVE that movie! aaaaaaaaaaas yoooooooooooou wiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiish!(while rolling down a hill)

Light Yagami from Death Note
Aizen from Bleach
Lelouch vi Britannia from Code Geass
Gendo Ikari from Neon Genesis Evangelion

HK-47 from KOTOR
