I just wanted to let you know that I love your story @Carolyne. Your story is really well written and I love the characters. I can’t wait to find out what happens with Harpax (I think that’s what his name was…), he’s definitely my favourite.

That’s why I prefer Despair over Hope, I’m a (non-Gothic, anti-Emo) Cynic.
Still this game is pretty good… the only other historical fiction we have is that Somme Trench game (too many words… not enough choices…) but this is the first historical game set in the ancient world and it also feels believable and well researched for a game. I do look forward to a longer version soon.
You aren’t allowed to necro a threat (which technically wasn’t you but @Logan_Chessar ) and you’re not allowed to ask for progress or updates because that could put unwanted strain on the writer. (Those are both forum rules)
It’s been almost three months since someone last posted something on this topic, at which point in time the only person who should get the discussion going again should be the writer not to give people who have been eagerly awaiting some news from that front false hope by the discussion suddenly popping up in the list of recent stuff again. Probably…
I appreciate that there’s still interest in the game–it’s just been hard to get back to the for-fun projects for all the usual sort of life reasons.
I shouldn’t make any promises about when I can get back to it, but I promise that I WILL post here if I do update and/or finish it.
