Yes, it’s getting more and more common, honestly. Though sometimes your character has to be generally shy to be able to shy-flirt / the shy-fllirt options increase the general shyness bar, instead of just affecting the way of flirting. That’s why I favor when games have separate bars for general shyness and for things flirt related. Or, as Wayhaven does, no bar at all for flirt related shyness in the main stats, just in the relationship segment with the chosen RO.
Supernatural In New York uses separate bars for these kinds of shyness too, and it’s glorious.
