Am I alone in believing samurai based games are needed such as for example:

  1. Young Samurai where you can pick a clan you can serve like Takeda or Uesugi.
  2. Where you can be Daimyo of a real or fictional clan and your decisions affect the fate of your clan and maybe even Japan.
  3. Young Samurai or Daimyo in a fictional fantasy similar to Legend of the Five Rings and maybe a few others.
  4. Young Samurai where you serve the Shimazu Clan and perhaps like in idea 1.
  5. Young Samurai who serves the Mori Clan similar to idea 1 and 4
  6. Young Samurai who serves the Hojo Clan similar to ideas 1, 4 and 5.

There are other possibilities to which I can go on.

What about a samurai game where it’s after the invention of rifling and conscript infantry is the main army soldiers and you’re a samurai so you handle rice logistics and file lawsuits

As some of you may have noticed I do like historical games a lot. Another kind of games I would like to see are games set during the Viking era where you play the head of a Viking Clan.

Maybe something with Christian beliefs and vampire hunting like the Belmonts in Castlevania.

Ohhh, I like the vampire part. Though I have not seen Castlevania, I do know it’s an anime and I’ll be honest I’ve only watched Vampire D, but back to the vampire part I say yes to that though I think I’d do a “ Interview with a vampire” type of game. I do like your recommendation though :wink::wink:
