As far as I understand, Hosted Games offers you a lot of freedom, so I would be surprised if the answer was no.
@Ramidel so now the Hentai games have a great writing when there are no forcing women that Is happen all time. The Japanese Otome games accepted by google play are all same time you are forced to marry, or you are blackmailed to do something and almost all include incest and or rape. There are all bad, in story with zero choices. But there are some good ones with erotica and didn’t rape you each minute. Even there has some sadist scene but is not forced at all you could choose to have it or not. So I found it great. There are Winterwolves games and have male or female games and open to gay and lesbian that’s what i would love in an erotica cog. Not A RAPE FEST like are all attempts so far
I’m still wondering why an individual game that wouldn’t meet Apple’s standards couldn’t be sold through Hosted Games, just without Apple? Yes, they’d have to accept the loss of Apple revenue, but so would this hypothetical new label.
I wonder if the cross-promotion (“other games by this label”) would cause needless problems in certain markets when e.g. parents discover that their teenager’s Android suggested that if he liked Sabres of Infinity, he should try Boobs of Infinity, also by Hosted Games.
@poison_mara You shouldn’t clump together incest with rape. There’s non-consensual and then there’s consensual incest, while controversial, it’s actually a pretty common occurrence among family members who have been separated at birth.
And no matter what one’s personal opinions on the matter is, to take away someone’s child because they’re more likely to be misshapen (something that hasn’t even been conclusively proven I might add), is just fascism the way I see it. And how can they with the same reasoning allow for instance people with downs syndrome to have children then? That kind of reasoning is headed for a dark place. What happens between two consenting adults should be nobody’s business but theirs. Not to mention as a pure game element it opens up a lot of delightfully fiendish plots, something you ought to appriciate. For example the Lannisters…so under appriciated.

My problem is they give you no choice about it, for instance, I down a game about a virgin girl first chapter bf try rape her in the car and his brother save her then kiss her without reason.second chapter his big brother fill her with alcohol and rape her brutally in a hotel room . I just stop playing.
My concern is the no consent part I even wrote ten years ago the gion for my friend Carmen anime project for her arts studies and was the love story of two brothers Romeo and Ania but was pure consensual not rape and not forced stuff. Like marmelade boy I love that manga where people don’t jump raping people each moment. I have watched hentai I am not shy qbaboutt, but really 99’9% its rape fetich or sm nowadays. So I just stopped watching it years ago.

To quote Scott Adams, the guy behind Dilbert: “Smart people are an undesirable market segment.” That game you bought was not made for you, to put it bluntly.
Hanako Games and Winter Wolves are dedicated to bucking that trend. They also put a lot more effort into their games than the average Google Play indiepubber or even the average CoG author.
So, get to writing something better, perhaps?

I have never tried their games but according to Google Play, they are similar to a short (and free) gamebook app written by me and published by a friend of mine (Dating a Witch). I can provide a link if anyone is interested. There is no erotic content, just the first night out a demonologist and a witch spend together. To be honest, I had ideas about making it 18+ but I guess I won’t after all.

Well, just in case a writer passes by and care for the thought:
what’s wrong with the rest of the world getting a few stories where they aren’t underneath?
Nothing. But some people enjoy things better the most they feel like they’ve proved that they deserve it.
For them, playing a game that fulfill that need is much less satisfying and cathartic than playing as not white / not straight / female with most of the realist social consequences, and have to earn respect tolerance, love, etc.
Personally, I like the completely equal and idealist take of the game as it is, but I don’t see why it would hurt to have one or two, once in a while, where things are different, and the rewarding potential for the MC is both unlimited and hard earned.
Unless it’s a WiP, it really doesn’t matter, it’s only with dead/abandoned WiP’s that you shouldn’t get people’s hopes up by suddenly vaulting old favourites to the top of the forums again (unless you’re the original author, of course, right @Vendetta 
).
As for writing good erotic content, I think it’s an order of magnitude more difficult than just writing a good story. In a good story you enlist the reader’s imagination, with erotic content in a choice game you’re up against your players dirty, devious minds. 
As for policy, I don’t know about CoG itself, but it is virtually guaranteed Apple will reject it and the Hosted Games label may too, which means that to make money of an erotic CoG you’d have to license it, as far as I know no one has as of yet chosen to go that route with their game, thus far all the “user” created content got released under the Hosted Games label.

There were erotic books in Apple last time I checked some years ago and there are erotic stories in Android . The problem is most of them are the same plot and always include women dominate by men … it is annoying as hell.
