Whoa lot of catching up to read through but I made it woot! If Sem is being asked by the MC about marriage and after his adorably nervous response would they be able to say I was just kidding or similar wording?
I’ve always been a fan of the idea of the MC getting letters from their family, especially after their potential death or near-death during the tourney/play/Illyan meeting, as being so far away their family would want to know if they were alright. Or any type of familial correspondence giving background to their country of origin.

Seeing as my default favorite character to play is the Ki’ra Kin I would love to see an MC Ki’ra in a war against the clan.

They all sound good. I guess if I had to rank by my interest I would say:
Relationships: I love a good romance and I like your characters. I think I’d like this.
Warrior: Gotta second @Urban on this. Would we be the furry viking or the vampire though?
Unlockables: Not sure what this would be but I like WW:U and more would always be good.
Novels: Not interactive but still cool!
Red: Oh boy… I know there is probably a lot of interest for this but I don’t like playing evil characters. I don’t think I even finished WW1 with a red character. Maybe I’d change my mind if there was a redemption arc or a nuanced look at how circumstances shape people but it kinda feels like you are doing these already with Jun in WWU.
