Ok! First of all, this is easily one of the most interesting IFs I’ve read so far on this platform. The author is doing a great job and I’m really looking forward and hyped to see what more does he have planned for both of his works.
One thing I would like to add here would be the fact that ever since that scene where we were given the choice to kiss Amaya, I believe that there is more than enough potential and room for the MC to start a potential romance with Amaya as there has been a very intimate bond shown between them. Moreover, even if Matthias does have a crush on Amaya; considering the fact that he’s really anxious and socially awkward, the MC should at least be given a choice to either romance Amaya themselves or to help Matthias by becoming their wingman in accomplishing his romantic endeavor.
I’m not really surprised by the lack of genuine romance in this story since it gives off Euphoria vibes. Personally, I imagine everybody just hooking up and sleeping around to feel a little more alive in their cesspool of teenage angst, gang relations and poverty.
