Topping the list, I really loved the new music. Ambience wise, the tracks fit really well with the new scenes.
It was also nice to see more of the fae side, especially the new harem conquest targets ROs . In all seriousness, the new update was a blast, especially with the plot coming on strong.
Idk if that’s meant to be Athena, but that happens after the science class while we talk to Athena and Phil.
P.S. not sure if you’re looking for feedback on the crunchy stats side, but I did notice that a AGI focused MC still stumbles the same way when bumping into Calypso. I kind of imagined a AGI MC would have a partially more graceful result compared to MCs with 0 in their AGI score. Unless there’s some fae magic thing that makes the result the same then just ignore this haha.

I’m really glad that you like the new additions! The next big update will have the rest of the ROs and a final event before you can fully step into the faere world so I hope that’ll be just as fun! As for the error, I’m on it! All these A names have got me all frazzled when I code lol.

Its been a while since I’ve been on CoG site and decided to come back, and since this was one of my favorites I decided it’d be one of the first i’d play. The new interface of the demo is really cool!
To whoever may read this, hello! So sorry for the absolute radio silence, but I made a Tumblr post that better explains everything.
TLDR: I’m not currently working on this project, but if I were to continue it, I’d have to do some heavy rewrites and structuring, which I’m sure OG followers may not enjoy… I’m still working on and have made other games though! Let me know your thoughts if you have any!

Not everyone survives the battles you have, much less with the list of accomplishments you gained over that period you were away from here. Maybe ‘pride’ isn’t exactly the word for it, but I am at the very least glad we got to hear from you that you’re alright now.
I do admit that I’m at least a little sad to see the old version of Until the Colors Bleed Gray be dropped, but after five years, it does make sense that you’d want to go about things differently.
Since none of us have read this theoretical rewrite, there’s no real grounds to say it would be bad. As chaotic as your previous plans were, according to what you implied about them, there’s probably still a lot of good bones, and foundations to work off of should you ever return to it. I’d be interested, but there’ll be no hard feelings from me if you’d rather move forward. If nothing else, seeing a working re-upload of the old demo would be a cool gift to those of us who knew it from back when.
Thank you so much, genuinely. I wasn’t sure how reactions (if there were any) would be when I got back, so seeing how kind everyone is is doing wonders for my drive! I thought my game was really nothing notable that people would like/remember and that those who did would not be happy with me for fading into plasma. To be honest, I was totally ready to kowtow. But I guess we all are our own worst critics and put ourselves down to the detriment of others who support us, so lesson learned!
And confession: I’m due for a playthrough myself to see what exactly the state of things are, but there’s definitely the possibility of having fun in rewriting and redoing this story! I’m thinking of making a youtube video on it, even! I’ll have to think more on it and see what others think, but I’ll keep my foot caught in the door (especially since people have been following me after my apology post LMAO y’all crack me up) that is UtCBG.
As for the demo, I’ve uploaded it to the new site! Hopefully everything’s working like it should, I kind of closed my eyes and hit export haha! I’ll update the link on this masterpost as well so people aren’t directed to Dashingdon by accident (rest in peace website).

Yes, for now until I’m able to do a read-through and see how things pan out, I’ll keep UtCBG on the backburner, but man, some of y’all are very persuasive lol.
Just wanted to add that while currently progress is not planned on this wip, I have started getting back into writing for cog and have a new wip (that I intend to actually finish) out!
