@Nocturnal_Stillness I JUST discovered your little demo for S2, and damn…I honestly cannot wait to see what kind of monster ass-kicking, superpowered, steamy goodness you have for us next.
Shade scythe, shade scythe, shade scythe. The “Death” scenes for that in the first game were surprisingly badass. I wouldn’t mind personifying the Reaper again.
There will be more “Reapery” scenes for sure. In the update for season one Shade powers have been streamlined (a lot of powers were too similar and added more code for little reward i.e blade and twin blades for example. But now its just blade and the MC can use two contextually.) Kusarigama has been removed but scythe is definately kept.)
Nice! Those scenes did so good at showcasing the Shade powerset’s true potential.
Has season one been updated yet?
Not yet. CoG are currently focusing on getting all the apps ready for the transferability to the Omnibus so it was delayed slightly.

Having to tone down the Christmas scenes as taking too long on planning them. Gonna leave them bare bones for now more simple than originally wanted but can go back and improve later with fan feedback. I really want to start working on the silver Cross Inc parts.
Meanwhile making preparations for the competition while waiting for the prize to be made. Trying to settle on a theme. Can’t decide whether to have a specific theme or let the entrants pick what they want to submit?
A Halloween slasher themed case at the MC and Craig’s old high school. The two are brought back to their old home town (along with the RO should Craig not be the one) to attend a high school reunion and wind up investigating a series of murders and discover it involves members of Craig’s old gang and some of the MC’s childhood friends and he is the final target of THE SOPHOMORE SLASHER!!!
Seems like a fun way for your old bully turned potential friend to get some good development as well a look into the MC’s teenage years and give the RO a chance to see where you grew up while solving a mystery and eventually throwing down with a Jason Voorhees knock off (not the best choice i know but first that came to mind) to save your friends and love interest. Would most likely be a great chance for some rips on the slasher genre especially since the three characters hunt these things for a living and underwhelming reaction would confuse their friends. Just thought I’d give my two cents and keep up the great work @Nocturnal_Stillness

I just meant he wasn’t the best for the story I proposed. Who would you use Noc if I would make a guess Id say either Michael Myers or possible Fred Kruger in the flesh.
Personally as I read your suggestion as the killer being a shaoeshifter who cycles through the killers they watched in the movies so a mix of all of them (well obvious homages anyway) lol god imagine a blue boilersuit, hockey mask and finger knives all at the same time. lol
Ah this is why your the writer my friend because that is a brilliant way to introduce a new and creative monster while paying homage to a series of great slasher movie villains and dear god if I saw a hybrid of the Big Three coming after me I’m not sure what I’d do 
I can’t claim credit for this one. I saw a similar monster on supernatural a few years ago but the shifter in question took on forms of classic hammer movie monsters. I just like the idea of a monster fanboy lol
Ah I remember that one it was a favorite of mine.If nothing else it would be a great fit in the Unnaturalverse in my opinion and it might be a cool way to make peace with Craig if your MC didn’t forgive them if you were to follow my story idea though I’m sure you could think of something way better. If nothing else it would give you a fun idea to make up fun slasher movie titles and allow the fanboy to try and choose his own name ( I’d make him choose something awful and have the MC make their own better suggestion, some nice banter potential there) Thanks for responding so frequently Noc and I cant wait to see the SCI story you’re writing 
You’re welcome. I’ve been looking for a reason to go back as there are a few named characters you could meet in S01E01 that I want to go back to. Namely Michelle and her brother and also Gabriel(la).

You know the gun is fully loaded, it always is these days, ever since the attack on the SRT. Your on the feet by the time the disheveled man come tumbling out the fireplace.
The vampire scrambles to his feet but at this range there is no way you can miss. As you pull the trigger you consider the ammo loaded into the magazine.

It's too little too late, your momentum and strength catches the vampire by surprise and the tip of the dagger penetrates his heart.
