An Azure? Interesting…i suppose you get new powers right? >:]

@TheDragon

You’ll have to wait and see :wink:

I just wanted to say this game is awesome! I love how this fantasy world is created and you’re just in the mix of things. I haven’t finished this 3rd chapter yet, but I am going to try and find the time to play it. The whole ā€œShadeā€ power was confusing at first which is the only issue I had. Then once I got it, I didn’t have a desire to use it again. Maybe that’s just me.

@P0Rt3R

thanks for the grades.

@EarnBoogie

Glad you’r enjoying the game so far. The whole Shade power is quite a confusing aspect as it isn’t something other people have seen before so you don’t have people to teach you about it.

You’ll learn alot more about it in Episode 4, like how it actually works and why you can do it.

Are you going to add something like your shade powers going berserk when your humanity get to low?

Maybe you could add like a quest in later that has the MC searching for a lost powerful magical artifact of Fae origin,(that either keeps the holders humanity from decreasing from shade use/training, or increases shade lv. without penalty) that if the MC is successful he gets it and all the benefits, but since the benefits are so good you could make the quest like really challenging/hard so has to not make it so easy.

@Aznxa

That was originally the plan but I’m starting to think that would punish players for increasing the shade powers.

Instead I’ll alter the idea to add additional choices to reflect your lower humanity.

You’ll have a choice in episode 4 after you learn about the azure and shade it’ll affect your powers greatly.

okay that’s great

You might consider locking out certain options as well if the humanity is too low, so that there’s any reason to keep it high.

@Cloudian @Shoelip

I do have plans for players being able to ā€˜earn’ extra humanity, but am also considering revising the whole humanity system especially considering the choice coming up in episode 4, as with that choice going one way makes that stat completely redundant.

I am thinking of the best way to revise it.

How about the less humanity you have your appearance starts to look less human and pale and have it affect your relationship with your partner

@everyone

I’ve added the very beginning of episode 4, where I am trying to explain about your powers and a bit more about the azure. It isn’t complete and I am still refining the idea, but I would appreciate peoples opinions on the basic ideas.

[For this I’ve briefly added a skip to episode 4 option at the start for people to read it without having to play through episode 3 or from the beginning. Please note chooseing this option will have your stats VERY low and a gender unknown which will set your ā€˜gender’ as a female for the scene."]
