Well the topics hit the 1000 mark but the case isnāt finished. Still trying to sort out some errors.
Iām not going to post another link until Iāve done the case so if you play over the next few days expect some new stuff and errors. Just let me know if you find any and Iāll try and sort them out.
Hm⦠I got a new bug right away just now. As soon as I chose my surname with the chapter skip option I got this: line 111: Non-existent variable ātimerā
Right Iāve got a rough ending to Case A done its very bare bones but I feel tired and am off to bed so I thought Iād post up the link so people can at least see where Iām going.

As always let me know if you find any bugs, Iāve had to do a bit of revision on the code and I will need to try and refresh and tidy up the code and any errors will help me do that.
Iāve just fixed that error, was tidying up the code and put timer instead of timed which caused the error.
Iāve readded the āhumaneā option of dealing with the werewolf/lycanthrope but a word of warning makes sure you donāt take Victor or get Marcus (the park ranger) as the guide if you want a āgoodā ending to it.
Looks like you got another of those same errors I mentioned in my previous post on line 116.
I also got the same error for line 858 when I played to the point of choosing books to read normally.
Iāve played through to the end so hopefully thatās the errors all fixed.
What do you mean, password system.
At the start of episodes 1+2 you get an option to either āwatch the episodeā or āsave the gameā saving gives you a password you can copy and paste to reload the game later.
So far I havenāt found any new bugs after multiple playthroughs.

What did you think of the non-lethal options against the werewolf?
Hm, I only found the form one. I didnāt test every single option yet but I figured that the form wall was the only non-lethal option. I did notice that you still only have the choice to shoot the two fighting wolves with no indication as to which one is your guide. One thing I think the mission could use once more of the bugs are worked out is a bit more character depth. What I mean is, as it stands now the guides and partners act exactly the same as one another except during that one talking scene at the camp⦠or I guess if you try to capture the wolf with Victor or the ranger with you. It would be interesting if they had a bit more unique personality, but I suppose that thatād probably be a real a pain to code. I wonder if either of the wolves were actually the victims in lycanthrope form. Would be rather poignant if the first one you meet turns out to be the rangerās daughter.

There is a slight indication with Denise but Iāll add an awareness check for extra info.

Iām thinking of making his daughter the lycanthrope as the errors seem gone will work on refining the case.
In regards to Ashley how do you think her character is progressing? Have you got her to hug your character yet?

Not very case b goes to partner selection. Havenāt started case c yet.
You get a hug if you ask to have her in Gamma with you right? That reminds me. Will we ever see our friends from our old sections again once we get into Gamma? Also, did they ever find David?
I have never gotten an option to use form on the other wolf. Only ever gotten the option to shoot one or the other, or wait.
Yeah you ask to have her in gamma but also have to show an interest in her.
Yeah you will be able to meet your friends from alpha/beta again.
With David Iāve got a few ideas but canāt decide on what to do. Though I have noticed I say Victor is missing too but he appears as a choice for promotion.
Will look into more details and add a few new characters. I also would like more npcs from the opposite unit to appear.
