Ah ok. I got the scene with Denise now that I think you were referring to. It does seem a bit out of the blue, but then she isn’t exactly a normal human being, and you did save her life. It’s even implied that you’re just dreaming it. I can’t really judge it yet based on how vague it was.
The idea is that your character thinks they are dreaming but realise she is really there then offer a choice of stopping her or going along with it. I wonder how many would stop her especially if you read the lore about emotions affecting transformations. lol
So if you don’t stop her she might change and kill you, I am curious if she realizes this or not.
Well wasn’t it negative emotions that cause the change? Or is that just wishful thinking?
I thought so too but its possible any extreme emotions might set them off.
@Nocturnal_Stillness: The SRT are still doing morally questionable things (such as experimentation on monsters), so we probably need to be able to call them out at some point in the game, should we so choose. (We also need to be able to push the MRU out of our way and get on with shooting monsters for the good of humanity, of course.)

When you “join” with the guardian, do you yourself become part fae?

Since we have the option to say it is wrong how STR are treating some of the supernaturals, will our characters maybe be able to fight STR and create their own organization that hunts only evil supernatural and not the good/neutral ones?

That is true. At the start of the game 85% believe monsters are all evil. You can change their minds during the game.

see Zachs comment that’s almost right your not considered a threat (yet) you are just in the wrong place at the wrong time when Victoria shoots you, the assassins just are trying to clean up.
That will still lead to a threat soon(smart group trying to kill the target before they got to strong)

What do you think of the new way of learning about the main trinity of monsters (vampires, werewolves and zombies) ie picking a book to read instead of just picking one, this way allows you to tailor your character more as you can learn mostly about vampires but learn a bit about werewolves too.
Also does the lore make sense to you, is there any information you think should be learnt at that point that isn’t?
