I noticed you changed the Denise Dixon scene from a drug that is supposed to make them turn, to a drug that is supposed to cure them, but so far has only killed or turned them. This unfortunately makes the other parts of that scene make less sense. The part where you ask if she’s a lycanthrope makes less sense now since they’re trying to cure her rather than speed up her execution, though it still works I suppose since they’d probably want to test the drug on people who were actual conscious murderers and save the innocent victims for when they have a working cure. The chains breaking now makes even less sense because they now have no reason to think she’d be weaker than normal since the drug has never had the desired effect of the cure, but instead has usually caused the subjects to either die, or transform… So… If they really wanted to cure her, it seems like it’d make more sense to be absolutely certain she’s secure…
Oh yeah, and I just noticed that when you choose to look for Craig in beta path you get the scene where you encounter the vampire alone and then run into Mike, but act like you don’t know him.
Anyway, keep up the great work! I can’t wait to see what happens next… Which kinda sucks because I have no choice.
I am not worried about the tags but someimes it does stop a reader to figure out who said what, or it could be just me
Lol @Shoelip no choice very funny
I’ll work on those scenes. To try and make them make more sense and I’ll fix the mike issue in beta.
Just checked the vampire scene in beta you meet it before you find Craig/Alice but in the scene afterwards you recognise mike. could you try and get the error again and post your choices to get there.
I avoided physical activity and chose all the study options except that I went to the party, fought the idiot, and flirted with what’s her name. Asked to join beta, I studied Kant. I became friends with Craig again after helping him with his work. I tried to cast the spell, I read all the emails. I got caught the second time, but it still gave me this bug. I chose all the dialogue options when talking to the beta team. I went to study and got the task of coming with Mike to experiment on Denise. I asked if she was a lycanthrope. I felt I did the right thing. I went to search for Craig. I ran into the vampire, Mike saved me but I didn’t know who he was. I also didn’t recognize Victoria, and I had a gun. Also, the first thing it said when I looked for Craig was that I moved towards my squad room.
You will be pleased to know in the next update it will be possible to have a ‘werewolf’ partner in one of the cases but only if the right conditions are met.
You grip his hand and feel a strong grip. “Hey Kota, my name is Mariza Fernandez.”
Kota leads you around to introduce you to the others in the room.
[Potential partner number 2 - description forthcoming] [Male] [Hand-to-hand expert]
[Potential partner number 3 - description forthcoming] [Female] [Melee expert]
[Potential partner number 4 - description forthcoming] [Male] [Former Park Ranger/ Wildlife expert]
[Potential partner number 5 - description forthcoming] [Either] [Ex-criminal, was arrested for the murder of their partner and children (later discovered to have been killed by a zombie)]
The final person in the room you recognise… Alexandra walks up to you, although she doesn’t seem too happy.
"Why did you suggest me? Gamma doesn’t work in a lab, I’m only here to tell you I turned down the offer.
No, that scene is there regardless of gender, the only thing gender does in this scene is change how one particular character treats you and that depends on your choices with them.
It ends there as thats as far as I got before my son wanted my full attention lol
