@Nocturnal_Stillness I played a little of this game and went WOW, it’s really good.

I then realised that I shouldn’t play anything more since I’m working on a project in the same genre and don’t want anyone to think I used your ideas or to be unduly influenced by you. I’m even going for an episodic format too. :slight_smile: If I hadn’t just read this thread today I’d have sworn that I’d ripped you off.

I’m surprised that it took me so long to realise what a great game you have here though. I’ve been avoiding the thread since it’s so long, which I do find a little intimidating. I played a little, it’s well written, an enjoyable play and it really took all of my willpower to stop playing.

I suppose this is incentive to finish my own project so I can play yours and hope I can be half as good.

That was just such a great start though, making us important, killing our family before our eyes, giving us a motivation to join the organization. Oh no! I want to go back and play more! Must not read this thread and spoil it for myself.

Anyway I just wanted to say great job, great game.

Oh and is the quiz at the start case sensitive? I only got 11 points when I should have got 13.

Actually maybe I didn’t use lower. It’s at the bit where you answer the riddle. I assumed it was lower cause I haven’t played in a very long time, but if in the brackets it says [One, Five, Fifteen, Etc] then I used upper to begin with.

I presume she means “They made her kill herself?”

And shouldn’t focus’s new power to enhance will have been helpful in that case, or did my focus plus will just not high enough?

Ah and talking to Kota’s family after the ritual they say “willual power” instead of spiritual power I assume.

If you have high form you can ‘survive’ being shot but the game still ends.

If you don’t choose to alter the contract and have high humanity at the meeting they don’t shoot you and you get a ‘gift’

Edit correction you need focus greater than 30 to survive (game still ends) or humanity greater than 90 (game continues)

Ah okay. I knew if you had focus/form up, you block the shot but then get shot again anyway. I didn’t know about the *gift* though. What is it?

It used to be form not focus. Whether you are shot again depends on how you react to being shot.

The gift is a Desert Eagle .50 calibre :slight_smile:

What does the order of cases have to do with it?

I didn’t have enough rep to save the doctor so I took the golem case first.

Did you decide not to give rep for the summer camp case after all? As far as I can tell that’s why I didn’t have the rep.

You should get rep for the summer case.

Edit: ignore me bout the multiple cases it works but you should still be able to get her scene in golem as long as you spar and win the fight.
