You need a rep greater than 8 during the case to take him back alive then a rep greater than 10 to talk the others out of executing him later.

Also, you need to have high enough rapport with your partner that theyāll listen to you when you suggest bringing him in alive.
I even had a runthrough in which Lakota response was āscrew that, blow 'im away,ā but perhaps that was about SRT rep and not rapport.
I had that same response from Lakota, just before we were both instantly killed. I had not used anyone else as a partner the entire time.

Oh and NS, I finally played an alpha runthrough again, and saw you threw in the codename bit. Since it was before the Peter incident I went with āDark Prince,ā foreshadowing for the shadow powers, and I feel a guy who still has nightmare about his family eaten by a werewolf/vampire/zombie probably isnāt too sunny in disposition.

@stsword yeah I decided it would be better left out until i finally settled on the best way to determine rapport (at the moment it increases when you are friends, flirting and romanced)
But starting to think that punishes players who donāt want romance.
Speaking of Lakota romance you should only get it if your rep with him is 3 which is your flirting. Must be an error.
