UnNatural - A supernatural horror game - editing complete, beta testing over

@Roslyn_samalt06

It’s Victoria Entram

Thanks, I am making her into a sim on my game so I can kill her.

:slight_smile:

I’m even building a lab

Funny, Roslyn, I’ve been wondering if NS is going to include a Vampire Pete hunt as a mission…

Yes… That would be interesting

WHO IS THIS VAMPIRE PETE?!? Is he in Alpha storyline? I keep getting stuck in Beta.

@trollhunterthethird

yeah he is first met in alpha but you can find out about him during the SOS case if you find Victoria’s diary.

@stsword

yes Vampire Pete will reappear if you intend to finish the Victoria plot.

If you really want to do alpha, trollhunter, go jock.

And I don’t think it’s a big spoiler: He’s Victoria’s brother, he’s a SRT agent who got bit, he’s the vampire who tried to eat you and so is responsible for the MC getting all shadowy.

He seems to actually go by Peter, but I nicknamed him Vampire Pete, it just sounds funnier. At least I left him enough dignity to not be Vampete.

Oh quick question, has anyone noticed if training with firearms, or your knife, has a different result than just exercising?

I don’t normally check the stats screen after a decision to see what the result was.

@stsword

That depends if you’ve done it before. First time training with firearms sets “firearms” true while further training increases mental. Training with knife sets “cqc” true while further training should increase physical.

“firearms” and “cqc” can lower the score required to succeed checks.

Okay, thanks for the answer. Would I be right in assuming that training in firearms or knife is better than generic training for those tasks?

Its wise to train in both at least once. Can make it easier in places. The earliest you can set firearms or cqc to true is at college.

Yes, my Mental is 48 and my Physical is 62 I think, I rely on skill and the such

Hmm, I joined the kendo club in one playthrough, I have no idea what I’d have to do to replicate that feat though.

Something to look forward to trying out.

It depends on the college you go to. You can go to the library in each one, but otherwise the activities available are dependent on the college you get into.

@timaeus

Correct, there had to be some sort of bonus for those who didn’t get high enough marks in the test.

Got my next question…

If you had the chance to ask Lakota a question regarding the fae, what would you ask?

First got to say love this, been sort of stalking this thread. {For lack of a better word XD} since before I joined. I’m excited to see how it’s evolved since the start of the project. =D Flows so smoothly now.

Hmmm question, maybe something simple like what a huge differences between Human a Fae culture might be? For just a random idea.

Things I’d ask Kota:

What are fae powers like? So far they seem like rather generic spellcasters, getting more details would be nice.

How many fae clans are there?

Do the different fae clans get along?

What was it like growing up an unnatural in an unnatural community?

 Is the Fae trait dominant or is a Fae doing it with a muggle a genetic gamble?

 Do Fae age like regular people or are they as virtually immortal as some of the legends would suggest?

Do all Fae live in their own communities because of a traditional taboo, or are they free to live where ever they like?

Do the fae have relationships with the other unnaturals? Vampires at the least seem to have their own society as well, perhaps witches do to.

Is Kota cool with his father murdering everyone on a plane to fail to kill the good Doctor? If nothing else if you resort to mass murder to achieve a goal you ought to actually achieve the goal...

Is Lakota worried about the good doctor ratting out the fae, if the good doctor survived that is?

 Why hasn't Lakota used any fae powers on the missions? Is he afraid of freaking the mundanes, he's not that good at them, what?

 What does Kota think about the other SRT members?

 If someone has Lakota as a love interest the following things might be a subject of concern:

 Is his family going to be happy about him bringing a souleating angel of mass destruction home for the holidays?

If applicable, would hypothetical fae/azure kids be like something from the Omen? Sure, NS, you've answered the question that you're using Hybrid Overkill Avoidance, but it's not clear that the MC knows that.
