I use Jota text editor. You can turn on line numbers but I also had to turn text wrap off. Still get issues now and then but mostly it works now.
Edit: @stsword yeah after 2 cases the story should move on and the game should end at beginning of episode 6.

Forgive me Nocturnal, in the next season, u can choose to import ur character or make a new character aka monster, but will there be a connection with 1st and 2nd seasonās protagonist if the next season MC is a new character

No connection they are an average Joe/Jane who get caught up in the aftermath of season one and has to deal with. While he/she will lack azure blood so no powers they are not immune either so vampirism and lycanthropy are both threat/gifts to them.

I see it more of an animation, like Xombie.
I mean, I can see it as a rpg-fps hybrid, but more fast-paced, I can see a side-quest like system and A safehouse based system and also some light freeplay
