Technically you donāt kill Ren, if you choose to master shade when you beat him/her they are just absorbed back into you. If you chose to regain azure then they are reverted to their original form of your wing.
Ren at the most basic level is simply a lock your subconscious puts on your eight year old mind to preserve your sanity. At the end of either path your mind is no longer in danger so the lock is opened and no longer required.
Iāve always found it interesting your complete distrust of Ren considering they are yourself. But also considering your love of poisons and stealthy assassination in other games maybe that is the right choice lol
What I guess Iām asking is: Ren is an entity created by the breaking of the azure wing correct? Then will Ren (the entity) still be ther in the back of your mind, when you need them if you choose to regain the wing or go into shade mastery?
No, they are completely absorbed/reverted that particular entity is goneā¦however there will be a way to sacrifice a wing to create a new āRenā.
