“New York Technical” is the college you get if you get the higher level of points in the test, but whether it is the BEST depends on the kind of character you want to be as both “Washington” and “New Jersey” allow stat changes that differ.

I think I found the error in the code there were two {spar_parter}'s instead of {spar_partner}. Sorry about that.
