All of these classes will help you to define your character and to determine their personality. Also it is important to note, that certain classes will also have another special purpose within the Prolog. For example, Mythology and Biology will serve as an introduction to the world my game takes place in, while PE and Home Economics will give you the chance to interact with the first few members of the main cast. Math won’t have any further purpose besides just being Math, so there isn’t much to say about this matter.

Probably only through math, I guess, the other classes are important for the characteristics, but if a character who sleeps in class can be created then it seems entirely possible

Oh, also, you could use math class just for some player interaction like whether they stay focused or fall asleep and then have the player’s thoughts wander to some topics that you can take their opinion on. The more personalized it feels, usually the better in terms of player response.

That is a really good idea. To be honest, I was still looking for a way to make Math a little bit more special and this might be the Perfect way to achieve this. Thanks for the suggestion.

Mia would likely try to follow the lesson, Lena would simply doodle in her notebook and Chris would probably try to break her record in “Spin the Pen”.

Theoretically yes, but I probably won’t include this option for Math Class, since you will have more than enough chances to interact with them in later classes.

I’m with you there. I also absolutely love anime characters with animalistic Features. I mean it should be obvious, since 80% of the playable races in my story give your character either animalistic or draconic features and four of the romance options are animalistic Non-Humans themself.

Yeah, the Grey Wolf is a great and fascinating race. However, my all time favourite of the playable races is and remains the Soulmancer.

While the part with the individual stories for each race is already set, the part with the special and exclusive characters is nothing more than a early concept right now so there can be still some things that could change, like that you could meet some of the exclusive characters or romance options regardless of your choosen race.

I agree. I’m also more a fan of direct and close ranged combat. Also, another point that speaks for the Duelist is, that you not only get a beautiful Rapier as your Soulweapon but also the skillset of one of the most renowned and strongest Soulmancer in Non-Human history.

It was a pretty cool demo, it feel like it has potential and the different ‘species / classe’ are varied, quite different and are all pretty cool, i also like that the half dragon’s ability seems inspired from the elder scroll with the Thu’um (even if i feel that the Kitsune and Raiju’s ability to grow stronger by getting older give them an advantage)

i can’t wait to see where it goes ^^
