Trust Levels Issue + Full Tutorial

I think they may have changed it so that Trust Level 0 is limited in topics and posts even outside the initial day, but I’m having a hard time understanding what they actually changed I’m not sure if this suggestion was implemented or just discussed, and I am having a headache of a time trying to figure out what’s actually supposed to be the case for Trust Level 0 right now

My suggestions is to update the TL0 and TL1 sections.

For TL0, the 24 hours sections should be removed:

Post more than 3 topics in the first 24 hours after creating their first post
Post more than 10 replies in the first 24 hours after creating their first post
TL1 should have these added:

Post more than 3 topics in the first 24 hours after creating their first post
Post more than 10 replies in the first 24 hours after creating their first post

(Note that this information is largely duplicated from the Meta Discourse Forum , but with differences for where we’ve changed rules, requirements, and privileges.)

The linked thread on Meta Discourse appears to have become defunct fairly recently. While that does in turn contain a link to a blog post, the thread in question says it will automatically be deleted in five months, so I think it would make sense to replace the old link with the new one.
