Hi @CJW,

Do you plan on updating the CS that CSIDE is using soon? In particular, it doesn’t seem to work with any of the achievement commands, in addition to modulo.

Also, if Stepping is active, you might want to block the “stats” button, because going to the stats page while stepping crashes the game.

I’ve never had a problem with achievement commands, what exactly doesn’t work about them? Does it say command doesn’t exist or do they just not achieve etc?

Again with stepping, we’ve not had any problems with that thus far.
Are these issues happening with a particular title or section of code?

I gave RETowers the current version used by testers and did note that the CS version was out of date. I will of course be updating it before public release and will continue to aim to keep its version of CS up to date from thereon.

The other problem I ran into was that the files had capitalizations in them (DogDaysofSummer) but the import transferred them all to lower case (dogdaysofsummer) and then broke when I tried to run the game; the *scene_list listed them with the capitalizations, but CSIDE seemed to be looking for them without. :frowning:

I was trying to debug Congresswolf, and really wanted to use Stepping to help me, but ultimately couldn’t.

I’d be happy to send you a copy of the files to see what I mean.

It was my understanding that it’s an advised standard to keep scene and variable names lowercase? As such CSIDE does sort of enforce it. When you say “broke” do you just mean it threw an error about a non-existent scene file? I believe macosx drive formatting is case insensitive by default, so it shouldn’t actually matter regardless. If you wouldn’t mind sending the files over that would be a great a help. Thanks

I wonder if people are confusing “everything is case-sensitive” as “everything must be lowercase” instead? Because that’s certainly not the case.

What am I doing wrong? It displays like this for me.

Sadly Dropbox recently changed their policy on rendering HTML files, so the IDE will no longer function correctly on their servers. There’s an updated desktop version in works, which I aim to make available very soon.

That’s what I got. Didn’t know what I was doing wrong.
