“Albion Falls. He got kin up there.” Frank shudders, wracks out a cough. “That’s enough. Let the poor man rest.”
Errh… The “That’s enuff” and so on, well, it looks like Frank says that. Couldn’t be Mother Maddy the one who spits this sentence out into the world?
When discussing the Stagecoach scene with Hartigan, there’s a chioce saying “-“Let him talk.”-” … I suppose these “” aren’t suppose to be there, as… well, I figured as much.
Telegraph Operator, getting evidence aginst Steele
*The Young Man notes wryly*
… young. Simple as that. Sorry if this one’s been posted already, I’ve been unsure bout that one.
Its a shame you can’t talk with Frank Spears any
…
It’s… and… any? Shouldn’t it be anymore?
Evidence against Steele, asking round town.
Evidence aginst Steele, asking round town.
You almost stumble into Andy Smith, the man is looking a great deal more hale than last you saw.
…you saw. Shouldn’t there be a HIM after the SAW? Could aswell be a JIG before the SAW. xD
This one is HUGE!
Well, when laying out the evidence against Steele, I decided to gun him down after I’ve been done. Easy to say, he killed me. I told the game to take me back to the Beginning of the Scene. And guess what? I couldn’t even click on the already used evidence! There’s no way I can end this without geting myself killed or smth. Wargh!!
@bezment78
Nope, cn’t edit it after 30 mins… I hate that rule.
BTW: “Deputizing your Deputies” … Hilarious! Wonderful! ANd he conversation with Preston further on … I’m still ROFLing.
@trollhunterthethird … 30 mins regulation? … Why’s that there, anyways?
And: Ya don’t want to read the stuff I wrote two times, do you?
RIght after starting chpt. 9, I saw that…
Miss Caraway stares over at the bodies, shakes her head. “Some days I have to wonder why I’m out here with you.”
“what would you be doing if you weren’t with me?”
Capital " on the Choice, I suggest.
Oh, n sorry for takin up that much space. I’m simply a bughunter when I am playing such an addictive game.
trollhunter is right. Although your comments exceed the 30 minutes limit, that difference is only between some comments. Your last comments span over an hour and they could be joined into 2 comments, even with the edit limit, instead of about 10.
The dialogue with Regina as a prisoner gives me the impression that being tied up just may turn her on, and I’m suddenly seeing the flirtation regarding ropes and manacles potentially leading to a seduction attempt, where she attempts to:
And for some reason I see the Marshal as having the option of keeping her bound while they get intimate…
@P_Tigras ? ? ? O.o Sound something like Regina would pull, where did you even get that idea anyway? Actually, I’d rather not know…
@trollhunterthethird Being tied up or otherwise forced by someone you find highly attractive and you don’t mind being forced by is actually a rather common fantasy. Whenever you read a list of fantasies it’s almost always one of the top two or three. Bondage scenes aren’t socially acceptable for nice girls however, but prisoner scenes which are essentially socially acceptable bondage scenes are a staple of Westerns and other sorts of entertainment. Usually they don’t go anywhere because nice girls aren’t supposed to enjoy being tied up and heroes don’t take advantage, because if they did, they’d no longer be heroes. So it’s done with a wink and a nod, and perhaps some subtly suggestive dialogue, and maybe she gets kissed while still helpless, because she and the dashing hero are overjoyed at being reuinited. Then she’s promptly freed.
Regina however is a naughty girl, and naughty girls are allowed to like naughty things. It shows how delightfully twisted she really is. Furthermore, since she’s instigating, and thus willing, the hero is allowed to go along with it. Who comes out “on top” depends on who is better at seducing who. If she has her way, it may well be the Marshal who ends up wearing the manacles while she escapes. The hero however is free to turn her passions against her too. This is why good villainesses (and villains too) can be so fun and memorable. They have complete freedom to behave as they wish.
While I’ve never really cared for westerns, I absolutely loved it! Though, there was a moment in either chapter 6 or 7, when you can talk to Schmidt, Maria, or Caraway, that if you’re talking to Schmidt, it won’t let you out of the conversation without starting a romance with him, after you offer to swap stories, or some such. As I was already in one with Yiska, I didn’t particularly feel good about myself and ended up reloading to a previous save. Stupid me had to do it three times because I accidentally started one with Carrie and NOT Schmidt the first time, so I don’t know what I pressed the next two times that made it happen, though I know I did choose different options. All this makes me wonder if you couldn’t put in an option to ‘backtrack’ so to speak, for users like me that push on romance starting options that we don’t mean to?
Can’t wait to see more of this!
Well you can save at individual chapters, Babisko.
For that matter, the game notices when you romance more than one person, so you can just let it play out in the game.
I know there is at least one combination in which your two love interests can be talked into sharing.
I don’t know if Yiska/Schmidt, or Yiska/Carrie are viable, but maybe next time instead of reloading you can give it a try.
