As for sending you the file, I thought the files would be accessible via drop-box. At least that is what others have indicated.
The reputation_hartigan bit (among others) on the stat screen will have to wait a while. I’ve got a lot of momentum built up on finishing the story and I’d like to keep up on that for a while. At the very least I want to get the next chapter out for people to chew on in the interim.

When rushing Randall at the River mining company, and he kills you, you don’t get the option of restarting at the beginning of that fight, you have to start over. Intended?

young, I’d say. And you made a few ‘’ mistakes… Placing some of them into places where they don’t fit, on the other side you seem to have loosen a few sometimes. 
When getting evidence against Steele, and you first talk to the people via. '‘Ask around a bit’,then leaving for Elko,when you’re back in Preston Springs, you can talk to these people again…
Hm. Actually you can talk to the people after every action. Fix dat!
