Does Bobby have nothing else to do with their time other than harass the Detective? I’m pretty sure there’s some little kids that they can snatch candy from or puppies that they can be writing articles about on why one shouldn’t adopt them from a shelter.
Seriously, I think it’d even baffle Lupin about why Bobby seems to have far too much time on their hands to be constantly bothering him and not use that endless amount of times he seems to have to find a ACTUAL story to report on that doesn’t involve the humiliation of another person or stirs up unwanted panic among the community (not that it would ever happen, but hey; Lupin can dream).
…Only got one thing I would want to state to Bobby at this point.
I wonder if Bobby also gets riled up if a Detective that they’ve had a past with doesn’t feel all that bothered by their presence (like they occasionally get annoyed, but for the most part, it’s hard to Bobby to actually get under their skin in any way)?
You know I just realized a second vampire that I think Bobby would dread to meet if the Detective was in a relationship with them: Nate/Nat. Because nice ones rarely get mad in general, but when they do get pushed too far that can get downright terrifying to be on the receiving end of. And I am more than convinced that hearing about MC’s past experience with Bobby and how the reporter is in general with the way they handle their stories will have Nate/Nat’s interactions with them being a true test of patience on the mellow vampire’s part.
Manson/Morgan will still likely be the most traumatic meeting Bobby can experience with a one-on-one meeting with a vampire from Unit Bravo (they barely seem tolerate of humans in general and probably would BARELY hold back when deal with Bobby…or not hold back at all).
On another note, will the Detective ever meet the Mayor firsthand or should Lupin just seriously consider hanging up the phone whenever the guy calls and start throwing a hissy fit for something that is not Lupin’s problem (or not a problem the Detective even started)?
