Mayhap we could ask her what she thinks that should be blurred once we have the new forum? And just keep blurring spoilers on this one?
Or was that what you meant?
Exactly.
That’s why I think the only things that really need blurring are Book Two spoilers, and Book One ending spoilers. Everything else is pretty much a-ok (imo) to talk about normally.
@L_M
The subforum will take a while before it’s up and running, and this thread will close at 10,000 comments, which will be some time this week.
As such, I think so long as we blur Book Two spoilers and Book One ending spoilers, we should be fine in whichever version of this thread we’re talking about.
Once Book Two is out, then we can stop blurring Book One spoilers, but continue to blur Book Two ending spoilers, and so on and so forth. But this is just what I think should happen.
I’m going to message Sera to get her opinion on this. After all, this is her game, and I think we’d all prefer to respect her wishes.

If I can help, just say the word.
I am behind all that you wrote above.
I wish I could like this. T-T
For you.
I just messaged Sera. She might just jump in here, or she might just message me back. We shall see.

Whatever Sera wishes. XD
I tend to blur every thing that I thought that would give too much away but this is just personal preference. It would be nice to have a clearer picture about it so I don’t come being too strict when monitoring the new thread.
Yeah, never ask F for his opinion unless you’re damned sure you want it.
MC: F, does my ass look fat in these pants?
F: You look like a beached whale! Why did you buy those? They’re ugly and you look awful!

I would like to join too.
With F, they don’t even get the compliments right a lot of times. They called my apartment an old lady’s home T.T

F is honest to a fault, sure, but I don’t think they go out of their way to be mean unlike M

I dunno what you’re talking about. F insulted my home while M liked it.

That is because M has good tastes <3
Ahem, F is just not one to keep their very important opinions to themselves, and I actually like that about them. Because the detective can have fun discussions with them.

Oh my god, I thought said that said smoothie time and was sitting like, yeah, that’s legit. Wondering what kind of smoothies they would drink. (M none, ‘cause they don’t like human food, A would drink strawberry or something, if they drank one at all, F would drink something adventurous like passionfruit, N would probably have something so fancy I couldn’t pronounce it.)
They might not realize that they’re being mean. I don’t think they’d ever call the detective a beached whale though. Maybe sonething more like, “that outfit is not doing you justice.” A compliment that’s also an accidental insult.

Fun discussions or not. If you don’t like my home. To the point which you make an insult of it when you’re supposed to be staying here. You can sleep outside, clearly my home isn’t up to your expectations.

M never likes my apartment…
though, tbh, I purposely use their least favorite apartment style during my M playthoughs since I think its funny and I also like the idea of my MC purposely toning it down to make their grumpy vampire lover more comfortable.
This. F isn’t a mean person, just an honest one. It they don’t like something why NOT say it? And I like that about them. Sure, they could stand to learn a bit of discretion but I still don’t think F ever says anything to hurt anyone’s feelings.
But now I really want a scene where the MC and F can go shopping because I think that would be fun.
MC: Does this look okay?
F: Those clothes are terrible and not good enough for you. Try these!

Agreed. That’s one of those times when I just wanted to smack F, but they don’t know any better. Kinda like a small child.
Bingo, about M having good taste! What I love about F is that I can see them being the one the detective can talk about the LI. F would offer advice, help, and be there to help bash the LI when said person is being a douchebag (of course, not with N, since N will never be a jerk, I’m guessing?). Of course, I can also see F getting the MC drunk to get true feelings from them, lol.

F did not outright dislike the dark interior, they ‘merely’ commented that it was more likely that the detective was the vampire and they were the humans.
I laughed heartily at the comment, to be honest. And was all the more charmed by them <3
Farah is a very close second to Morgan, for me.
Though if you feel that strongly about it, then that is your choice, of course.
Oh, I wonder if that will be a possible choice to make in a future book!
It would also be fun to make a dark interior more colourful when the MC is romancing F.

I just really dislike F. Most of what she says grates on my nerves for whatever reason.

I hope so! If not that’s what headcanons are for!
I actually have my MC romancing F use the basic apartment style since F seems to really dislike it and considering how much F seems like they want a home of their own I really love the idea of my MC being like “hey, I’m thinking of redecorating. Want to help?”
Few weeks later it’s a colorful mess and my grumpy MC is off the side, sipping her tea out of a pink mug she never would’ve bought herself and seeing F being all happy and comfortable and thinking “this is fine.”

No, of course, everyone has their own tastes c: …It is fine… I am fine…I just do not understand you…
Sera, don’t you agree that this would be the best of the utter super special things throughout the series?
What the… I have earned the ‘Out of love’ badge…
