Apparently is one in specific because I tested with only A as answer and is normal with the image and descriction as for the answer where lead to the error here D,D,A,B,B,A,A,A,B

Ignoring the typos and placement of text issues, I might as well bring up a couple of things.
Wait, hold up… Did she put me in this trio on purpose?! My mind races. Is this because of something I said or did?
I specifically asked for this, I believe it’s actually necessary to be on the same team as the protagonist? Not sure why the MC is panicking over it.
If I’m correct some of these choices actually give relationship points, it would be best to place the “I don’t want to talk with this dude” button at the bottom instead so that players have to actively choose to skip these chats.
Arai gets very angry if you met Usui before and his trust plummets even if you side with him. Is this supposed to be intentional?
Classes start immediately after you level up. Wouldn’t it be better to give the players a choice to raid at least one dungeon before bedtime if they want? It seems like an odd time to be taken out of the scene since you level up and all.
Rival either gets grouped up with the protag or random npcs? Former is cool but isn’t the latter a bit weird? Doesn’t sound tropey. Which is what I thought we were going for? I don’t know what you’re cooking though, so it’s fine.
Also I’ve noticed you always make a point to mention the word count in your updates, but does it include stuff like the “dishes” glossary, “gameplay” glossary, preset characters etc.? That stuff is kind of worthless text, anyone curious about these terms won’t actually visit the page of the game as they are not fictional elements of the story. I thought they were only for testing purposes (Which I assume stuff like the breakfast choice was for) but they’re actually still around. I hope you remove them in case you manage to complete this game.
It actually makes a lot of sense for us to go with other NPCs because we are one, the plot is exactly that, we are an NPC with a system partially breaking the original story.
Here I agree mainly because there are 2 Dungeon tutorials, one right after leveling up and the other in free roaming.
Our character is the villain, though, no? And we have the choice to PRETEND to be an NPC spectating from the sidelines. I think our character still has “part of the plot” energy though, otherwise the other “main characters” probably wouldn’t put up with talking to our character
I haven’t read the update yet, so I could be wrong. But I don’t think the MC is a villain or protagonist. As far as we know, we’re a side character running around retconning the story with no real idea of what we were supposed to be doing
Oh, I could have swore the reason were expected to die was because we were the big bad of the story, but maybe I just assumed that cause I like playing villainous characters lol. Nevermind then!
Edit: lol yeah I started replaying the game and I now relive how wrong I was ![]()
Which magic type do you think is the best for swordsmen?
One which: create a sword/ cancel spells from enemies/ ehance your body.
I think these three are good for swordsman the one from Kawabata kazuki is extremely good too.
Edit: when you go to select in the end theres which character have this one
Noticed that MC remarks about Kawabata being unable to use magic after following him to the admin without being told. And then later during the scene with Funai MC talks about how they do not know what was talked about.
Woohoo, an story update! Despite it being short, I think there’s now enough content to give some feedback on!
Update (spoilers!)
I have never thought about teachers rivalry dynamic until now! Funai and Miyata as a duo are so fun and chaotic!! Can’t wait to play favourites whahaha. Also, I definitely appreciate the mention of Kazuki’s strong, defined arms. Keep cooking, author…
Sakura’s appearance in the update was so short, and yet she still made me smile. Like yeah girl, react dramatically to the fact that your precious Katsuo isn’t with you, this is what makes you entertaining! I’m eating up her over the top reactions. (˵ ¬ᴗ¬˵)
MC feels like they have a bit more set personality than before. Like, we can control their actions, of course, but not feelings. I think that’s because the Freshman Orientation segment is more linear that the festival and the writing focuses on MC. This isn’t necessarily bad and it certainly gives the ultimate magic student a more light novel-like vibe, and yet it makes some moments feel stiff.
For example, the scene where MC and Usui are waiting for Kazuki and he finally arrives.
With all my love for Kazuki, I really wish we had an option to be annoyed with him, like Usui, instead of being impressed. (˶˃⤙˂˶) Like, it makes sense for some MCs, but for more punctual or impatient types - not really. Maybe making the reaction a fake choice would make the scene flow better?

Thank you for the update! It was nice to interact with characters again. ( • ̀ω•́ )✧
I’m not sure about that one. I believe fake choices are best avoided when possible. We can just say player character feels what you want him to feel, there are no personality stats in the game.
I don’t say this to dishearten you by the way. I’m just already annoyed by moments like
“I smile”
“I frown”
“I sigh”
Where none of the choices even get an extra word on the next page. If it can be achieved by a “continue” button, what is even the point?
I agree, mostly! If choices have no consequences, then the game begins to feel meaningless. But considering how many branches are planned to be in this game, fake choices can be nicely used to balance everything out. Coding allows to make fake choices give some additional minor flavor text on the next page, which I think can create a subtle difference and not be too much work for the author. ( ദ്ദി ˙ᗜ˙ )
Personally, choices help me stay engaged. It’s just kind of hard for me to stay tuned when there are no choices for many pages… especially during lore dumps…
The narration mentions that Kawabata can’t use magic despite the fact that I didn’t go into the office with him while he was having the meeting.
This can be possibly explained if we gain the first chapter of the original history before this scene but for now dont make any sense
True, but as @Banan1234 mentioned, it’s also not consistent. The MC later on mentions not knowing what was wrong, and it’s not framed in a way where they’re actively lying to the teacher.
Sorry if it was confusing, my English is not that good, but I meant it as a possible future solution, not as if it was already implemented.
Oh! Okay, I see what you mean. No need to apologize, it’s all good.
I don’t know if anyone already ask this, but will this game go beyond the first year? In the story we wil be students for 2 years, but I want to now if the story will continue after we got the survive our imminent end.
Really love the game btw. It’s an amazing story that I was searching for too long.
How many time i have ro press the “pass time”? I can only enter the dungeon, i already tried to restart it and now it’s already pass 4 month and still the same. Can someone help me?
